. Introduction. Transition to a post-industrial socio-economic structure and information society caused education crisis, which is common for world space. Dynamic development of high technologies and rapid obsolescence of knowledge significantly reduced life cycle of professions and caused deep structural changes in the sphere of employment. The need of economics for workers with qualitatively new qualification characteristics - a flexible person with meta-professional competencies, capable to solve complex professional problems and ready for innovative activity not just for today, but with the future in mind - has necessitated a significant updating of the system of vocational training and its reorganisation facilitating the implementation of a formula “lifelong learning”. The solution of problems of education begins with qualitative training of teachers, since the qualities of future professionals - graduates of the educational organisation, primarily depend on the level of teachers’ competencies.The aim of the present article is to determine the strategic directions of innovative development of vocational education and preparation of highly qualified pedagogical personnel.Methodology and research methods. The hypothetico-inductive method, theoretic-methodological analysis and synthesis of the content of scientific literature were the major research methods. The research work was carried out on the basis of the principle of convergence, which determines cross-disciplinary and supra-professional communications, acts as a factor of design and a statement in professiology of a new phenomenon - transprofessionalism. The authors described the concept of transprofessionalism through the process- and project-based approaches.Results and scientific novelty. The developmental trends and directions of vocational education are considered. The principal defining factor of vocational education is close integration of all its processes and subsystems (prevocational training - secondary vocational education - higher education institutions - postgraduate training), which integrity is provided by the continuing and advanced education. The concept of transprofessionalism and convergence in multidisciplinary training of specialists is proved. The innovative educational programmes based on this concept are characterised. The logical-semantic model of a modern specialist is designed. This model can form an empirical basis to design vocational education platform, which integrates socio-humanistic, natural-science disciplines and related innovative technologies for teachers’ training in the system of continuing vocational education. Strategic directions for realisation of such preparation are formulated: transprofessionalism, cooperation / collaboration, advanced and “high-speed” training, digital transformation.Practical significance. The research materials can be useful for specialists in the field of vocational education, heads of the educational organisations in order to develop and make managerial decisions and to effectively organise the process of vocational training of pedagogical personnel.
Purpose of the study: The need for knowledge, skills, expanding the established functionality of a professional is increasing more and more. That is why young professionals-trans-professionals, who are able to realize themselves not only in one sphere but who are ready to delve into problems of other, absolutely "foreign" for the scientific and technical fields and cooperate effectively with specialists of these areas in one team, will be responsible for creation of new technologies determining the wellness of our country. The article is aimed at the analysis and generalization of foundations of the convergence and identifying its sense-creating content in the development of trans-professionalism as an integral characteristic of the activity subject in a rapidly changing social-professional environment. Methodology:The leading methods in the study of this problem are the theoretical and methodological analysis of the subject and the problem of the research based on the study and logical generalization of scientific literature. Description of the phenomenon of convergence and trans-professionalism was carried out based on multidimensional, transdisciplinary, project and process approaches. Results:The results of the study are content components of trans-professionalism of the activity subject, justification of the convergence theory as a fundamental basis of integration of educational content and new technologies as well as technology foresight of the formation of trans-professionalism of subjects on the basis of convergence. Applications of this study:Materials of the article may be interesting for methodologists, Methodists, and teachers of the continuous professional education system. Novelty/Originality of this study:The components that allow combining the different parameters of the activity subject, showing its qualitative change in the problem field of trans-professionalism, are stated to be the content components of trans-professionalism for activity subjects. Topicality of the issue under study is caused by the changed socio-economic conditions and socio-technological development of the Russian economy, which resulted in a considerable transformation of the scope of professions in the postindustrial society: these professions disappear, those are transformed and still those appear for the first time ever. Along with conventional concepts of "profession" and "specialty", today's profession studies (or professiology) refer, in increasing frequency, to "transfession" -a new term denoting a type of labour activity which is realized on the basis of synthesis and convergence of professional competences belonging to different specialized scopes. Transprofessionalism as an ability to perform a wide range of specialized activities can be regarded as one of profession studies features. It is signification of socio-humanitarian technologies of development of this integral ability of specialists in the system of continuous education which conditioned topicality of this study. The purpose of this article is reviewing and generalization of bases and prerequisites of transprofessionalism as a socio-humanitarian requirement and an integral quality of a subject of socionomic professions in a dynamically changing socioprofessional environment. Leading methods of studying this issue are theoretical methodological analysis of the subject and issue of the study on basis of examining and logical generalization of scientific sources; plus, hypothetic methodological and project methods can be considered. Description of the transprofessionalism phenomenon was performed with supporting on the multidimensional, transdisciplinary, network and project approaches. The article presents a socio-humanitarian psychology-pedagogical definition of transprofessionalism, its sense-generating content, as well as criteria of transprofessionalism manifestation in a dynamically changing socio-professional environment. Topicality of the transprofessionalism phenomenon as a requirement to a subject in its integral quality demanding the qualitatively new substantial and technological training of socionomic profession specialists has been substantiated. In particular, it is stated that as the world's and Russian socio-technological economy develops, profession as a concept loses its initial meaning as a scope of the social division of labour, while transprofessionals able to perform a wide range of professional activities become competitive and highly sought on an employment market. Purpose of the study: The research is aimed at determination of the competitiveness level of teachers with different experience in pedagogy and different level of education, and at establishing of a connection between content components of competitiveness and full teacher’s self-realization in his/her professional activity. Methodology: The main methods include experimental research which allows comprehensive analysis of the issue of pre-school teachers competitiveness improvement; theoretical and methodological analysis of the subject and the problem of the research that is based on the studying of scientific literature and its logical compilation; empirical methods (analyses of documents, testing), plus mathematical-statistical and interpretative methods. Results: The article presents the empirical research of the competitiveness of pre-school teachers and the system for improvement of their competitiveness. The adequacy of psycho-diagnostic methodologies for research of competitiveness levels of pre-school teachers is proved, the interconnection between the competitiveness level of teachers and various experiences of pedagogical activity and the level of education is established. Applications of this study: The results of the study will be useful for developing educational strategies in the preschool education system, they can help pre-school education leaders creating social-psychological-pedagogical conditions for the effective interaction of all subjects of the educational process as well as for the full realization of the individual in the modern educational process and improving individual efficiency. Novelty/Originality of this study: The results of the empirical study show that the applied set of psychodiagnostic methods turned out to be reliable and valid tools that ensured the goals achievement: the level of competitiveness of teachers with different lengths of pedagogical activity and level of education was determined, the relationship between the content components of competitiveness and full self-realization of a teacher in professional activities was determined based on prioritizing social and psycho-pedagogical characteristics of the person.
