The current stage in the development of the construction industry is its digitalization, which requires the transformation of processes and models based on the use of digital platforms and twins. Datasets in a construction project accumulates quickly and becomes difficult to store and process due to the large file sizes of CAD,GIS and BIM technologies. Managing such datasets is a complex problem, since the usefulness of such data lies in ensuring that it is available and used as needed by all participants in a construction project. The article proposes to develop an information system for creating digital twins of construction project management as an integrator of digital tools based on Big Data Analytics and BIM technology, which is already the standard for the digitalization of the construction industry. The study describes four types of digital twins and ten properties of Big Data required for construction project. Conceptual model of Big Data domains for construction project and BIM-model of Big Data exchange and information transfer for construction project digital twin are considered. The authors propose a framework for creating digital twins of construction project management that uses three main components: BIM-models, Big Data Analytics and Knowledge Base. The results of the study are structure of information system of creating digital twin of territory urban planning project for Design Company and example using a BIMoriented software product. Taking into account the global trends allows us to assert that during the next decades, and especially during the first half of the XXI century, there will be a significant increase in the volumes of materials and energy sources involved in the production process.The main components of sustainable development of society are defined: economic, ecological and social. It is proved that the economic system is an integral part of the complex sustainable development of the territory, to achieve which all its fields should be balanced.It has been established that in order to achieve and maintain a high quality of life of the population and the quality of the environment, it is necessary to adhere to certain basic principles in the economic and technological spheres.
The article is aimed at considering the content of information modeling of construction and investment projects through the joint application of BIM-technologies (Building Information Modeling - information modeling of buildings) for the full life cycle of construction objects. The use of this approach in the implementation of investment and construction projects makes it possible to detail the project in order to make timely decisions at every stage of the project life cycle, from the concept of a future facility to its operation.Building information modeling technologies make it possible to determine and increase the level of interaction between project participants and improve the organization of collaboration between all construction participants. This requires quantitative and qualitative transformations, including the transition to information modeling and in areas related to construction, which contribute to a more efficient allocation of investments and the formation of the optimal project cost, solving the problems of increasing construction volumes and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects in optimal terms at the state level. Determining the prerequisites and ways of implementing the BIM concept with the optimization of business processes is relevant and requires scientific substantiation and implementation of the study of information modeling technology in the educational process for a high-quality and professional approach to construction projects in practice.
