The current stage in the development of the construction industry is its digitalization, which requires the transformation of processes and models based on the use of digital platforms and twins. Datasets in a construction project accumulates quickly and becomes difficult to store and process due to the large file sizes of CAD,GIS and BIM technologies. Managing such datasets is a complex problem, since the usefulness of such data lies in ensuring that it is available and used as needed by all participants in a construction project. The article proposes to develop an information system for creating digital twins of construction project management as an integrator of digital tools based on Big Data Analytics and BIM technology, which is already the standard for the digitalization of the construction industry. The study describes four types of digital twins and ten properties of Big Data required for construction project. Conceptual model of Big Data domains for construction project and BIM-model of Big Data exchange and information transfer for construction project digital twin are considered. The authors propose a framework for creating digital twins of construction project management that uses three main components: BIM-models, Big Data Analytics and Knowledge Base. The results of the study are structure of information system of creating digital twin of territory urban planning project for Design Company and example using a BIMoriented software product. The article substantiates a new conceptual approach to diagnosing the quality of the main structural elements of the control system, which, unlike the existing ones, synthesizes the main characteristics of its support (parameters, conditions, requirements, influencing factors), purpose, indicators, information support, analytical tools and technology. allows to form the corresponding estimation techniques. The directions of development of process control systems at construction contractors are determined. Based on the implemented tools of quality management systems (QMS) and software products created on its basis, the institutional level of the construction company (СС) gets a reliable and scientifically sound opportunity to formalize the impact on the growth of quality indicators of the enterprise and the parameters of construction projects. make up the current production program of СС and scenarios expected to be included in this program based on the results of tenders. The applied advantages of the created technology of quality management assessment are determined, first of all, by adaptability to the content of business processes and operating system of СС, which provides this technology the ability to reliably identify the fact and pace of strengthening competitive positions of СС, as a contractor of construction projects compared to potential competitors.
This study describes a new approach to creating a Central Project Database based on the BIM-concept for designing engineering networks at the stage of urban planning. This approach is based on systematic access to the process of developing urban planning documentation at the pre-design stage of construction. Comprehensive information support of the planning territory corresponds to modern trends in the transition of urban planning to digital construction. An information model of the project of planning territory for construction at the stage of urban design is proposed. The content of each layer of the planning territory information model is described in detail. The conceptual BIM model of spatial data for solving design problems of engineering networks is presented in the form of three main blocks. Block 1 is data sources that are taken from the operating system and external sources. Block 2 is data storage in which operational and external sources supply spatial data and metadata. Block 3 is consumers of information that generate requests for data to the means of presenting the information. The BIM structure of the Central Project Database for comprehensive information support of the design of engineering networks is presented. As the study results are shown, a summary plan of engineering networks was made using BIM-based design software and a digital 3D model of the consolidated plan of engineering networks, made using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The use of BIM-concept at the stage of urban planning design is a new direction of its development. The implication for further research studies on the development of complex BIM-based design for urban infrastructure.
This article presents the peculiarities of the development of public-private partnership (PPP) projects, types and forms of PPP models used, as well as identifies current problems and obstacles to the implementation of PPP and provides recommendations for overcoming them in the construction industry of Ukraine. The main features and areas of application of PPP have been previously identified. It is emphasized that an important prerequisite for motivating the private sector to join a public-private partnership is compliance with clear legal formal rules in the institutional system. Attention is paid to the improvement of the process of formation and implementation of investment strategy by enterprises of the construction industry, substantiation of theoretical and instrumental procedures of the process of development and adoption of investment decisions at the regional level. The structural-functional method of scientific analysis used in the study allowed to determine that the PPP management system is a complex of structural elements of the national economy, united by various, specific in content, connections and relationships due to mutual integration of interests, responsibilities and risks. This system contains institutions, processes, economic levers of purposeful influence and incentives that create the conditions for a motivated effective partnership between the state and private business structures. The issues of investment management on the development and implementation of organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of investment and construction projects on the basis of PPP are considered. This requires urgent implementation of mechanisms of organizational and economic changes for the forced development of domestic construction companies, taking into account international achievements in this field of activity and national economic interests; ensuring close intersectoral interaction of construction stakeholders and structural transformations in accordance with the requirements of PPP projects.
