The present study investigates the association between green marketing mix strategies and the green buying intentions of consumers in an emerging economy. The focus is on the green buying intentions of millennials towards green personal care products and the impact of green marketing strategies on it. The moderating role of the environmental attitude of consumers and the role of consumers’ demographics as control variables are also assessed. The study used structural equation modeling to corroborate 405 responses of millennial consumers of green personal care products. Multi-group analysis was used to assess the control variables. Findings indicate that green products, green place, and green promotional strategies significantly impact green buying intentions. The moderating role of environmental attitude provided some interesting results. Income and education play a significant role in the green buying intention of different customers. Marketers can expressly understand the critical areas of their strengths and the direction in which the efforts need to be channeled in their upcoming endeavors.
Online Banking has received a boost during Covid 19. It is believed that the cultured sector of the population has quickly adopted online banking since the outbreak of the virus. Online banking not only provides a platform for performing financial transactions but also acts as a medium of communication between the bank and the customer. Unlike rest of the world, perception of online banking came slightly late in the Kingdom of Bhutan, which already had a good network of banking access points for its populace, enabling the physical banking. However, due to lockdown observed in the aftermath of Covid-19, the online banking has established development in the country. In the present study, the researchers have confidence in that if the customer satisfaction can be ensured amongst the existing users of the online banking, then they will become dependable to such platform and would continue even in the post Covid-19 time. This study is imperative as the banking system of Bhutan has spent a significant number of resources in obtaining and implementing the online banking system, and sustainability of the system will be a point of concern for the decision makers.
The hospitality sector 5.0 aspires to integrate technology into service marketing, human resource management, and hotel operations in order to give visitors a seamless and useful customer experience. Artificial intelligence, the internet of things, blockchain technology, collaborative robots, chatbots and sensors, contactless automation, mobile technology, augmented reality, virtual reality, big data, cloud computing, 6 G and beyond, as well as machine-to-machine communication, are all part of the hospitality industry 5.0. When automated technologies, intelligent devices, and intelligent systems converge with human intelligence, hospitality 5.0 will be born. It aims to provide additional contributions to the field of technological use in hospitality and tourism and thereby offers a strong knowledge base. Therefore, all people involved in the study's implementation might benefit from its findings in order to better understand and meet the requirements and expectations of both customers and employees through the use of technology.
In India, societal development is a cynosure, and thus, it is not a truism but a reality. Women's entrepreneurship emerging through self-help groups (SHGs) contributes to the economic well-being, sustainability, and in poverty reduction. The growth of SHGs is evidence in itself. In the recent decade, micro enterprises and SHGs have come up as prominent solutions to the entrepreneurial crisis existing in the country, and their role in empowering women and their development needs to studied. This study uses a descriptive statistic, reliability, and correlation analysis through SPSS and structural equation modeling (SEM) as an analytical tool to explore linkages between empowerment effected by SHG and micro-entrepreneurship. The research study results show that the contributory role of women entrepreneurs to the society is considerably worth appreciation. The causal relationship has also surfaced demonstrating the connection between women empowerment and development brought about by SHG and micro-entrepreneurship from a bottom-of-pyramid perspective.
