Watermarking digital images is a technique used to label the images by hiding copyright or other information into the underlying data. The watermark should be undetectable by all users except for the author and must be robust to various signal manipulations (JPEG compression and rescaling). In this paper we present a new technique which achieves this goal, based on the multiresolution representation of the image. In the time-frequency domain the data is changed in a close vecinity of a specific vector. The method doesn't need the original image for detection.
