The article identifies unresolved major problems in the energy sector of Ukraine. Certain changes in the direction of renewable energy have been identified that have actively influenced its development. The calculations of the potential domestic market for biogas plants for 2020 are outlined. The general goals that can be achieved through state support are outlined. The indicative forecast of the potential of electricity production by 2035 is characterized. The commitments within the framework of environmental safety of Ukraine to the European Union are generalized. Directions of improvement of dynamics of development of renewable energy are offered.

The main business processes of a tourist enterprise aimed at creating a tourist product are considered. It is defined the essence of the business process of a tourist enterprise and highlighted its properties. The business model is considered and formed, which is divided into four main levels. Several methods have been identified for business process modeling, based on a structured and objectively oriented approach to modeling. The business processes of tourist product realization are structured.

Methodological approach to calculating the differential rent of type “I” according to spacing (allocation) of lands to market outlets has been offered in this article. In the result of research, we have ascertained that in transport rent formation there encounters another one, more concealed as for net profit type of rent – quasi-rent. The contributors have also substantiated the factors that affect quasi-rental value and have determined the main dominant features, which allow identification of quasi-rent on land. Â
