The main purpose of the study is to form a methodological approach to modeling the process of forming a safety potential for engineering enterprises. The main method used was the method of multi-criteria assessment of alternatives and the matrix of paired comparisons. An assessment was made of alternative options for ensuring the security of the potential of engineering enterprises for different resource requirements. The study has certain limitations related to the fact that the data and enterprises that were used relate to the engineering ones of Eastern Europe. The results of calculating a rational option for ensuring the safety potential of engineering enterprises for different needs in material, financial, personnel and organizational resources by the method of multi-criteria assessment of alternatives can be used in the future to improve monitoring in practice. The main issues considered during the study were to determine the security potential of the engineering company, to determine the resources needed to ensure the security potential. This methodology allows through comparison of certain indicators or indicators, to determine which management decision is most appropriate to the existing situation. The value of the study lies in the formation of a scientific and practical approach to the formation of the safety potential of engineering enterprises, the use of which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the use of methods for multi-criteria assessment of alternatives and a matrix of paired comparisons for the advantage of options.
The article is devoted to identifying the characteristics and principles of goal setting as part of the strategic management of the economic system. The article determines principles and characteristic features of goal setting as an activity. The authors propose the relationship between the individual and the principles of qualitative characteristics of goal-setting, which allows the process of management and decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of goal-setting characteristics through the activation of specific principles.
The development of an economic system is determined by its potential, the effectiveness of which depends on the assessment of its current state and the possibilities of forming competitive advantages in the future. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the necessary and feasibility of analyzing the organizational and economic potential from the standpoint of logical sequence and consistency. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were accomplished: 1. The essence of the organizational and economic potential and its system components is shown. 2. Based on the identified main system components to build a logical chain and analysis sequence of the main compositional parts of the organizational and economic potential. Analysis of the organizational and economic potential, as well as any other phenomenon, depends on the nature of the object of study, its structure and features of functioning. The organizational and economic potential of strategic development contains a wide range of system components, each of which carries a certain functional load and contributes to the formation of certain strategic competitive advantages. The logic of analysis includes threestages:1. Analysis of organizational and economic components of the potential of the regional economy contains, 2. Analysis of innovation activity in the region as a strategic factor in the development of the economic system and the formation of its competitiveness, 3. Strategic assessment of regional potential, aimed at determining the strategic position of the region. Analysis of organizational and economic components of the potential of the regional economy contains A). Structural architecture of potential; B). Foreign economic activity as an indicator of competitiveness of the regional system; C). The level of labor productivity as result of efficient administration at the enterprises and the region. Each of the stages carries a certain semantic load. At the first stage, the structure and effectiveness of organizational and economic potential is examined. It let us to see the potential as a definite system with definite elements. At the second step, the innovative component of regional development is investigatedthe current competitiveness is examined. And at the third stage, it is studied the position of the region regarding to strategic development opportunities.
Запропоновано поняття системного дефектусу (від lat. defectus-недолік), під яким рекомендовано розуміти сукупність недоліків у сфері організації, управління, функціонування інноваційної економіки та її інфраструктури, які (недоліки) зумовлені відсутністю системного підходу. Системний дефектус обмежує методичні аспекти управління інноваційним потенціалом, а також гальмує дії практично-організаційного механізму підвищення інноваційної активності та перетворення інновацій на ключову конкурентну перевагу. До складу системного дефектусу в межах статті віднесено відсутність в Україні національної інноваційної системи, недосконалість інституційного забезпечення інноваційної діяльності, а також недостатній фінансовий супровід наукової діяльності як ендогенний чинник інноваційної активності. Представлено ілюстрацію складників системного дефектусу, які негативно впливають на інноваційний розвиток економіки України та її регіонів.
