This paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the issue health care anti-crisis management in the reality of the Covid-19 pandemic. The health care system is an important component in ensuring the national security of the state. The main purpose of the research is to assess the possibilities and generalization of data on anti-crisis activities of the organization that ensures the livelihood of the population in a global crisis caused by a complex of problems associated with the global pandemic coronavirus infection. The object of this study is the health care point of the Interregional Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The subject of the paper can be considered deployment and implementation of anti-crisis activities within the health care point. Systematization literary sources and approaches for solving the problem health care points indicates that it is necessary to develop anti-crisis regulation program to save them. Methodological tools of the research methods were system-structural method, induction method, analysis of statistic figures and facts, SWOT-analysis. The authors have analyzed the organizational structure of health points of the Interregional Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and defined their main tasks. It is clear that the provision of anti-crisis activities on a regular basis allows to purposefully form an effective subsystem for managing a health care facility in crisis situations. The system of anti-crisis management measures is proposed, and the effect of their implementation is determined by authors. In particular, the anti-crisis plan for the health care point of the center suggests working with humanitarian organizations and private and legal sponsors, which can provide additional support to health care points in building and improving the material and technical base. The set of measures for anti-crisis activities should become systemic, which will help in the long run to the health care point of the Interregional Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The results of the study can be useful for researchers who have been conducting study on this topic, and students majoring in «Management and Administration in Health Care».
The article presents the results of a study of the prospects for the commercialization of innovations and the factors hindering their development. The purpose of the study is to identify factors that contribute to the market success of innovation, as well as to examine the barriers that hinder the innovation of enterprises and do not allow to achieve the desired effect. To achieve this goal it is necessary to implement the following tasks: to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the relationship of factors of commercialization of innovation, to explore the negative factors contributing to the failure of innovation, to identify obstacles to innovation at different stages, and to determine factors of successful commercialization of innovations. The main research methods that were used in writing the article are comparative analysis of scientific publications and research on the work of commercialization of innovations, synthesis, generalization, and visualization map by VOSviewer software. With the help of the VOSviewer software product, a visualization map was created in connection with the concept of "commercialization of innovations" and related ideas, based on information from the Scopus database. In the process of working on the article, literary sources were analyzed, which are close to the research topic. The results of the analysis confirmed the theory of factor influence on the effectiveness of commercialization of innovations. Both internal and external factors that directly and indirectly affect the results of innovation and opportunities to increase its profitability were identified. Groups of clusters formed as a result of the construction of visualization maps reflect additional factors that are insufficiently studied in the thematic scientific literature. Such factors, when further analyzed, can be the subject of new research and can help determine their specific impact (positive or negative) on the end result of the commercialization of innovation. Moreover, we have defined that innovation commercialization process has a number of practical advantages: economic, social, competitive, market benefits for companies, consumers, society in large.
The article deals with the challenges and opportunities of the world tourism industry. We consider green (rural) tourism as an innovative direction of households’ activities in rural areas. Furthermore, the development of rural tourism can be a factor of the creation of a positive rural area image and it may attract more investment. Rural areas have a rich cultural and natural heritage worldwide. Thus, its diversity may become a huge asset for those who want to develop in rural tourism. We have analyzed the tourist potential of the Sumy region and defined directions for its development. The touristic map was created. Received results can be used to develop municipal and governmental programs that related to touristic services` infrastructure in rural areas.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine caused a number of negative consequences for both Ukraine and the world economy in general. Among them is a significant humanitarian catastrophe, the growth of emigration, the impoverishment of the population, as well as the growth of the global food crisis. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the world economy and outline the changes that occurred as a result of armed aggression in the system of international economic relations. To achieve the goal, the authors conducted a thorough analysis of current scientific publications and statistical data on the forecast of the level of inflation due to the Russian-Ukrainian war in 2022 and 2023 by global regions; the arrival of world food from Ukraine and Russia in the pre-war period; compared food price indices for 2020-2022. It was determined that global food prices had risen even before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on supply chains, but Russian aggression caused prices to rise to their highest levels in recent years. Although the value aspect is stabilizing, there is a threat of an intensification of the crisis due to the effect of sanctions against Russia, further destruction of infrastructure in Ukraine, relatively lower capacity of the grain corridor, uncertainty of Ukrainian farmers regarding further activities and lands unsuitable for growing crops due to the Russian invasion. The countries most dependent on wheat imports from Ukraine were identified, including African countries, Moldova, Pakistan, Israel, and others. In addition to the direct impact on agricultural production and exports, the war affects the trade in fertilizers and minerals (oil, gas). In addition, there is a need to build new logistics chains due to the closure of airspace and blocking of ports. The next negative trend in the world economy, caused by the Russian-Ukrainian war - fluctuations in energy prices is one of the key factors of changes in the world economy, in particular due to the fact that the export of energy goods makes up a much larger share of world trade than food. Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the subsequent international response in the form of sanctions have caused another negative shock and disruption to the global economy, with immediate consequences for foreign direct investment (FDI) and other capital flows. The trends in the field of world tourism, which suffered significant losses due to the pandemic in 2020, as well as after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia on February 24, 2022, are studied.
