Purpose: Automation of control systems for life support and service processes at infrastructure facilities of passenger complex, in the single informational space, through digital platforms. Methods: The work uses experimental-theoretical level methods: cause-and-effect relationships, algorithmization, flowcharts and others. Results: Practical recommendations for transition from manual (personalized) labor on railway station complexes to automated system (processes), related to passenger service, are given. Practical significance: Recommendations are given on the usage and digitization of automated control systems for life support processes of railway station complex. The proposed solution is based on the transformation of processes aimed at step-by-step automation of production, service and commercial activities of railway station complexes.
Objective: The paper considers a way for managing high-tech systems at infrastructure facilities of passenger complex through the integration and maintenance of communication channels. This issue is vital since the formation of information environment that’s accessible for passengers and clients will allow to minimize the gaps in the processes of introduction and provision of information on objects in a whole and their single elements. Methods: The main tools for analysis and management of a passenger complex while permanent activity implementation are: causal links, mapping, data analysis etc. Results: Option of organization and implementation of optimization scheme for communication channel array at the expense of transition to digital platforms (single informational field). Practical importance: The paper considers the issue of perception optimization for information big amounts, being received by a client in a real time, with subsequent decision-making on their basis.
Purpose: Formation of the system of transport potential and universalization of a railway and urban (municipal) transport system for a passenger flow according to “dry feet” principle. Methods: The main tools for the analysis and management of a passenger complex at implementation of ongoing activities are: cause-and-effect links, algorithmization, mapping, data analysis, etc. Results: Variant for organization and implementation of ergonomic and rational planning of space of railway and urban environment by the method of passenger flow organization based on the principle of “dry feet” is presented. Practical importance: using the obtained algorithm (sequence) as an example, to provide a client with an unhindered and comfortable pass along an entire route: from a route beginning, along a route, during transfers and a route end regardless of transport mode used.
Purpose: Achievement of the autonomy of calculations of target indicators for the implementation of passenger and suburb train schedule, decision-making and operational management, based on obtained calculations. Writing the program "Calculation of Target Indicator Values for Traffic Schedule Implementation" is due to the need to improve process implementation quality and to obtain maximal efficiency of planning and management system in a whole. Methods: Pascal programming language was used to automate the calculation of target indicators. Results: Creation and writing of independent software product with the preservation of organizational and mathematical methods of the work with information for to make managerial decisions. Practical significance: Automated calculation of target indicators for passenger and suburb train traffic schedule implementation will allow passenger complex all participants to consider the automation of the group of the processes related to information collection and processing on the process implementation "Train Traffic Schedule Implementation" through a single window. The proposed software product can be recommended for practical usage in the passenger complex of JSC "Russian Railways".
