A fun teaching and learning process is very important in increasing interest in learning so as to encourage learning outcomes to increase. To create a pleasant learning atmosphere, teachers need to have various kinds of learning skills, one of which is related to their ability to apply appropriate learning models. Of the many existing learning models, one of which is the problem-based learning model. This model aims to create an atmosphere of the teaching and learning process that triggers students to be active so that they are able to develop changing their character and increase their self-potential. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. learning if applied properly is very significant in improving student learning outcomes. Therefore the authors encourage educators to use this learning model in the teaching and learning process. AbstrakProses belajar mengajar yang menyenangkan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam meninggkatkan minat belajar sehingga mendorong hasil belajar meningkat.Untuk menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, maka guru perlu memiliki berbagai macam keterampilan pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah berkaitan dengan kemampuannya dalam mengapliksaikan model pembelajaran yang tepat guna.Dari sekian banyak model pembelajaran yang ada salah satunya adalah model problem besed learning.Model ini bertujuan mewujudkan suasana proses belajar mengajar yang memicu siswa keaktifan peserta didik sehingga mampu mengembangkan mengubah karakternya dan menaikkan potensi diri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif.Model problem besed learning jika diterapkan dengan baik sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
