The objective of the article is to analyze the international experience of the operational and investigative prevention of intentional homicides by criminal police units, as well as the legislation that provides for the development of an effective system for the prevention of intentional homicides in Ukraine. The subject of the investigation is the foreign experience of operational prevention and the search for intentional homicides by criminal police units. The research methodology includes general and specific methods of legal science: dialectic, scientific abstraction, methods of systems analysis, formal and dogmatic, systemic, and structural, historical, and comparative, logical. Various intentional homicide prevention programs are considered, which are currently operating in different countries of the world. It analyzes the positive international experience of operational and investigative prevention of intentional homicides, which can become the basis for the development of the relevant legislation of Ukraine in this area. It is concluded that the conduct of a comparative analysis of the prevention of intentional homicides and various countries is the basis for the development of the most promising areas to improve domestic legislation in this area.

The purpose of the article is to study the global economic crisis through the prism of the war in Ukraine, as well as to study the prospects to overcome it. The subject matter of the research is global economic crisis. Research methodology includes the use of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, including dialectical, historical, qualitative and quantitative comparison, normative and dogmatic, method of factor and structural analysis, modelling and forecasting methods. Research results. The peculiarities of the term “economic crisis” are revealed and the authors’ definition of this concept is provided. National and international statistical studies related to the economic situation in Ukraine are considered. The legislative acts and resolutions on solving the problems of the economic crisis caused by the war, adopted by Ukraine, are analyzed. Practical implementation. It is determined how the war in Ukraine affects the economic system of all countries of the world. It is concluded that the war in Ukraine negatively affects inflation fluctuations and may cause and could increase poverty in Colombia. Value/ originality. It is concluded that the war in Ukraine can be the cause of global economic crisis. The measures that will contribute to overcoming rapid development of this negative phenomenon are proposed.

The article is devoted to the definition of directions of improvement of legal regulation of carrying out operative-search measure "familiarization with financial and economic activity of enterprises" by units of the National police. It is established that today there is a lack of thorough research on the directions of improving the legal grounds for conducting an operative-search event "familiarization with the financial and economic activity of enterprises" by units of the National Police. It is established that familiarization with the financial and economic activity of enterprises is one of the main and effective mechanisms for obtaining and verifying primary information about abuse in the economic and official sphere, which is used by many law enforcement and controlling bodies of the state. However, to date, the said operative-search measure cannot be used to the full extent by the units of the National Police, since the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Operational-Investigative Activity” contain separate legislative conflicts and contradictions. It is proved that the interpretation of the existing rule governing the introduction of financial and economic activity of enterprises leads to legal conflict, since it is not clear how the said measure will be carried out for suspected of committing a crime, since in this case criminal proceedings should already be opened, and after its opening, the search operations are terminated. It is established that today the legislator has sufficiently enshrined the issue of familiarization with the financial and economic activity of enterprises, however, in the normative legal acts, insufficient attention is paid to the interpretation of the law regarding familiarization with the financial and economic activity of enterprises. It has been proposed to adopt the Instruction on the Organization and Conduct of Familiarity with Financial and Economic Activities of Enterprises, as well as to introduce responsibility for non-compliance with the legal requirements of officials of the National Police of Ukraine.

This paper substantiates the expediency of conducting scientific research into the formation of the concept of tax benefits within the framework of technology transfer, which would meet the strategic interests of the state and business needs. The study is aimed at finding the optimal level of tax benefits within the existing means of state support for the introduction of new technologies. It is proved that the effectiveness of preferential taxation depends on the area of implementation, the level of the economy, the sustainability and immutability of tax legislation. Normative means of formation of a system of preferential taxation of innovation activity and technology transfer within the legal system are proposed, namely: 1) a candidate for tax benefits from the state must undergo a special permitting procedure for confirming its legal status; 2) the system of tax benefits for participants in innovative relations and technology transfer should include two options for tax systems. On the one hand, there should be a system of tax benefits based on a preferential rate of income tax, value added tax, and an increased level of depreciation. On the other hand, a special type of simplified taxation system should be implemented, which should contain special (preferential) rates for paying a single tax; 3) the types of activities that can be carried out by business entities wishing to receive tax benefits should be limited by law. Such activities should include only those that carry out activities in the field of social production of goods. The results of the study take into account the world experience of using similar means of support and can be used in the formation of regulatory means for regulating these relations
