A complex clinical case was observed of a 6 years old boy, which does not seem to fit into any of the known clinical pictures. The main features of the syndrome could possibly be explained by the hyperfunction of a single hormone, viz. the growth hormone in its multiple functions. CASE REPORT M. C., the 6 years old, white, blue-eyed patient, of Italian extraction, lives in the State of Rio, and was first seen in January 1952, later on in June of the same year.
