The objectives of this study were (1) to increase the motivation to learn the mathematics of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and Youtube, (2) to increase the mathematics learning achievement of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and YouTube. The method used is classroom action research. Data collection through tests and non-tests. The test technique is to determine learning achievement using the items while the non-test technique is to determine the development of learning motivation using observation sheets. Data analysis used comparative descriptive for learning achievement data and qualitative descriptive for learning motivation data. The results of this classroom action research showed that the students 'motivation to learn mathematics increased from low to high and the average score of students' mathematics learning achievement increased by 20.85% from 65.05 to 78.61 with an increase in completeness level of 57.88%, namely from 52, 78% to 83.33%, so theoretically and empirically through the application of E-learning using the Microsoft Teams and Youtube application it can improve the results of motivation and achievement in learning mathematics in three-dimensional material for students of class XII MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Jepara in the odd semester of 2020 -2021. Covid-19 has provided an opportunity for Islamic education to advance ICT. Mainly when Industry 5.0 accelerates. This essay discusses the use of technology in Islamic religious instruction after the epidemic. Can educators use technology to improve and maintain the quality of education? A qualitative literature review is presented. Relevant journals, scholarly publications, and literature books were utilized in the investigation. Researchers analyzed and minimized data. Following the pandemic, Islamic Education instructors' technical skills improved, according to this study. As a result of this research, it is also known that optimizing the use of digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Classroom, and YouTube according to students' needs and instructional materials enhances students' creativity in innovating the learning process.
Abstract. The digital era is currently developing, one of which is in the field of communication. The demand for the internet continues to increase, even every year there is always a rapid increase. Currently, many providers are present in Indonesia by offering various advantages such as the digital provider by.U. by. U is the first digital provider in Indonesia where the target is the millennial generation or Gen Z. This is what makes researchers interested in researching more deeply about by. U. This study uses marketing communication theory by Soemanegara, to find out the description of marketing communication in increasing sales. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. To obtain relevant data, the subjects in this study were employees of the company by. U. with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations which then the data will be analyzed through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that By.U manages its marketing communications by doing social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital placement so that customers want to buy the products offered by the company. by. U uses a digital marketing strategy because By.u itself is the first digital provider in Indonesia and also because it follows the development of an increasingly modern era. The Marketing Communication Strategy in this study consists of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital placement. Abstrak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa By.U mengelola komunikasi pemasarannya dengan melakukan sosial media marketing, influencer marketing, dan digital placement agar pelanggan mau membeli produk yang ditawarkan perusahaan. By. U menggunakan strategi pemasaran digital karena By.u sendiri merupakan provider digital pertama di Indonesia dan juga krena mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern. Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sosial media marketing, influencer marketing, dan digital placement.
The influence of the physical environment (family, school, community) in the development of students is very large, especially in the modern era like now with the virtual world environment. Where is this virtual environment a person can find out something outside of their existence. This paper is designed to find out how much influence the above environment has on the development of students in the perspective of Islamic education. In writing this paper using the library method by taking a variety of existing literature on google schooler. The results of the research from the preparation of this paper as a reference in educating students by following its development while maintaining Islamic values in its development in the world of education.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karateristik batubara pada Formasi Sembakung dengan metode pemetaan lapangan dan analisis kualitas batubara berupa analisis proksimat dan analisis nilai kalori. Hasil penelitian lapangan menemukan enam lapisan batubara pada Formasi Sembakung dengan ketebalan berkisar antara 0,92 meter s.d.1,40 meter. Kualitas batubara ditunjukkan oleh nilai rerata kelembaban 2,75 % (adb), kandungan zat terbang 20,96 % (adb), karbon tertambat 44,08 % (adb), kandungan abu 32,24 % (adb), sulfur total 6,27 % (adb). Nilai kalori berkisar antara 2.539 cal/gr s.d 6.212 cal/gr. Batubara termasukdalam jenis subbituminous sampai bituminuous (low volatile).
