Fun work culture create a positive employee attitude and gave impetus to work more diligently and more good.Aims this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment in Bappeda and Statistics of Bone. Research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach (positivism). Explanatory research explains the causal relationship between variables that influence the hypothesis. The results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This organizational culture can be seen from employee empowerment, team orientation, clarity of vision, direction and organizational goals. The stronger the organizational culture, the higher the performance.

Background: In the process of presenting information so that leaders can make decisions and plan policies, there must be good systems and work procedures in the archives sector. An institution, be it a state or private institution, will not be able to provide good, complete and accurate information data, if the institution does not have good and regular archive management. Aim: Unveiling and analyzing the performance of archival management services of the Polewali Mandar’s District Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the obstacles encountered in optimizing service performance carried out by the archives section of the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were observation at the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, interviews with staff at the department, and documentation (Online and offline). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Findings: The human resources are still very lacking, and understanding and knowledge about archive management is still very minimal, shrinkage of an archive in the office has never been done because of the lack of knowledge of employees in managing archives, there are cultural factors of bad habits that cause the absence of responsibility and discipline that causes a deterioration in employee performance. This factor is a bad example for other employees so that the sustainability of poor performance is inevitable and has an impact on employee work results.
The existence of siri' culture has been demonstrated by the implementation of local wisdom which is still maintained today. Unity, mutual assistance, and village community concern for one another show a form of siri' culture that is still quite strong within the village community. The siri' culture is culturally shown through 5 types of local wisdom that still exist, namely: Marakka bola, Masarappo or mabbaruga or mawalasuji, community service, and mutual cooperation. The perspective of the Village Community regarding siri' culture received various responses. Siri' culture according to the social view is shown from the manners shown by someone. How to behave and treat others. In addition, someone who always takes care of his siri' will also be maintained and will get treatment and appreciation from other people because he is good at taking care of himself.
This research was conducted at the DDI Mattoanging Bantaeng Islamic Boarding School and the Nurus Izzah Bantaeng Integrated Islamic School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a total of 16 informants from two schools. This study aims to see how far the government's efforts are in implementing education so that it is relevant in accordance with the 4.0 era. This evaluation will be carried out on the school's vision and mission, implementation of learning, and planting character education in students. The results of the study show that the relevance of education to religious-based Islamic boarding schools and general public in the 4.0 era has quite a few pros and cons. Where some people's perceptions see that the 4.0 era requires a moral foundation and religious values ??which are increasingly being eroded by cultural acculturation both from within the country and from abroad. However, the curriculum in education at Islamic boarding schools, which incidentally focuses on religious learning, is considered by some people to be less relevant to current conditions. Where the digitalis-based 4.0 era is seen as less capable of making students ready to face the world of classroom work. In contrast to public schools which are considered to be abreast of current technological developments, they also face obstacles in filtering students so they don't fully consume information that is considered too fast and this then has an impact on the development of children's learning competencies.
