This paper presents a techno-economic analysis and environment assessment of hybrid photovoltaic (PV), wind turbine (WT), and diesel genset (DG) with pumped hydro storage (PHS) for a rural microgrid system. The analysis is carried out for a case study with Mentawai community load demand of 165.44 kWh/day at a peak load of 20.46 kW. The Homer simulation results show that there are eight feasible configurations, which the optimal hybrid system configuration to supply community load is the configuration with PV/DG/PHS. An optimal system has been achieved for the lowest NPC of Indonesian rupiah (IDR) 3,00 B consist of 15 kWp PV modules, 1 unit of PHS and a solar inverter with a size 25 kW. The net present cost and payback period are in accordance with criteria for the economic feasibility analysis method of a project. However, the cost of energy is greater than the electrical utility tariff, but this value can be considered for applications in the remote island area. Therefore, the project still feasible to be implemented. Since the renewable fraction of the system is increased hence this proposed system will have the lowest carbon emission.
This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge, e-commerce, family environment, and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of economic education students at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat. This research was conducted on students of economics education at Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat with 100 students who have completed the Entrepreneurship Course with a random sampling technique. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. This research was conducted in February 2022. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship. There is a positive and significant effect of eCommerce on entrepreneurial interest. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence between family environment and interest in entrepreneurship. There is a positive and significant influence between achievement motivation and entrepreneurial interest and simultaneously entrepreneurial knowledge of the use of e-commerce, family environment, and achievement motivation on student entrepreneurial interest.
This paper proposes a design and economic analysis of grid-connected photovoltaic power system on the roof of Electrical Engineering building in Universitas Andalas. The system is designed based on a real measurement data of small scale 1.25 kWp PV system on the rooftop Electrical Engineering Department and upscale to reach system designed. The PV system design result shows that the peak load of Electrical Engineering Department can be shaved from 29.5 kW to be 15.9 kW by install 104 solar panels or 26 kWp PV system. The initial investment required to build the PV system is IDR 445 million. The economic feasibility study has considered weather conditions from BMKG data per year and discount rate 4.25%. The result of economic analysis suggests that the development of PV system on the Electrical Engineering building based on MV tariff is feasible for all feasibility criteria. However, for social tariff was used the cost of PV energy per kWh higher than PLN tariff IDR 735 per kWh. This value indicate that the project is not profitable. Therefore, the installation of on grid PV system for university building need to considered the recent electrical tariff regulation. INTRODUCTION Indonesia is one of the countries that pass through the equator and have tropical climate so that the potential of solar energy in Indonesia is quite high. The potential of Indonesia's natural resources is very large, especially from solar energy if it can be exploited properly. The average daily solar energy potency reaches 4.8 kWh/m 2 because sunlight is available almost from morning till late afternoon [1]. However, the solar energy which has been utilized only about 71.02 MWp both grid and off-grid connected [2]. The reduction and elimination of electricity subsidies and the enactment of incentives for renewable energy use led to an increase in the development and construction of photovoltaic on roofs of houses and buildings [3]. In addition to being environmental friendly, the construction of photovoltaics at the load center can reduce network losses, reduce land investment costs and reduce dependence on fossil energy, thereby enhancing energy sustainability and independence. Universitas Andalas as one of national University in West Sumatera will build its own power plant based on renewable energy power generation toward be one of energy-independent campus in Indonesia. The electric power consumed by Universitas Andalas Buildings is around 1500 kW which has been supplied by National Electricity Company (PLN) grid. Universitas Andalas must paid not less than IDR 700 million per month for electrical energy. Electrical Engineering Department as one of building in the Universitas Andalas have concrete floor space on buildings rooftop potentially to install solar power plant. However, to obtain accurate solar energy expediency analysis, it is necessary to study the feasibility of technology and finance of rooftop PV system installation. Several studies of desi...
This research is motivated by the lack of development of innovative teaching materials in the learning process, referring to the era of industrial globalization 4.0 which demands the availability of learning resources by utilizing technological sophistication to facilitate users in the learning process. In this research, we develop an E-module with the help of the Flip PDF Professional application in entrepreneurship learning. Where in this study an entrepreneurial management module was developed which was designed in accordance with brainstoarming with the aim of growing the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. This study aims to produce an entrepreneurship management e-module with the help of a valid and practical Flip PDF Professional application based on the brainstorming method in order to cultivate the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. The type of research used is development research with ADDIE design. The data were collected by using a questionnaire technique using a module validation questionnaire sheet instrument and a practicality questionnaire. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive in the form of average percentage. The results showed that: (1) the developed e-module was at a very valid validity level with a validity value of 85%, (2) the e-module developed was at a very practical practicality level, with a practicality value of 81.79%.
