Fiqh as the identity and characteristics of religious knowledge in pesantren has been developed in accordance with the development and dynamics of society. This study is focused on the development of fiqh in pesantren with special reference on Ma'had Aly as-Salafiyah as-Syafiiyah, Islamic boarding school Situbondo. As one of higher education in pesantren, Ma'had Aly Situbondo is projected to be a center of development in jurisprudence. It become a fiqh center in Indonesia. The development of fiqh in Ma'had Aly has a different characteristic from that is developed in other pesantren in general. In this pesantren usul fiqh is placed in the most central position in the study of Islamic law. It is intended to give a concrete respond to the various issues and problems that frequently occur in the community.
Consumptive lifestyle is a person's lifestyle in meeting the needs of life not in accordance with their needs, but only to fulfill their desires. Consumptive lifestyles occur in many adolescents, including students. Santri who are expected to be able to make social changes among the people, are actually less able to face the consumptive lifestyle which is the impact of globalization. The results show that the behavioral approach can reduce the consumption habits of students. By determining the maximum target of spending every day, raises a sense of caution in the counselee in making purchases. Koneli has also begun to be able to prevent behavior in making purchases based on desire. So that expenses every day the counselee has begun to decrease from the previous habit. In addition, the counselee has also started to save from the remaining money
Learning model conducted by the teacher to implement this MaSaKo method by using cooperative learning model which includes the preparation of the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) in accordance with the steps of Cooperative Learning MaSaKo Method. Therefore planning is very necessary and influences the learning process so that it becomes directed and runs in accordance with the expected goals of making students active learning so that learning outcomes can be like. The development of the application of cooperative learning model is produce the Market Share Knowledge (MaSaKo) method, this method as a whole can increase student activity and support the achievement of the learning objectives of Islamic Religious Education. Besides that, it can also be seen that cooperative learning model is also able to improve critical and analytical thinking skills.
Islamic boarding schools are salaf educational institutions that uphold the values of akhlaq al-karimah. However, it is very unfortunate, in the pesantren there is also bullying experienced by a student who has physical retardation and a slow way of thinking. Bullying received by the victim in the form of insults, ridicule and ridicule. The bullying causes the victim's self-esteem to decrease so that the victim tends to withdraw from the environment and is afraid to mingle with his friends. The condition of low self-esteem can be seen from the scale score given by the researcher to the counselee before the action is taken, namely 36. The score belongs to the category of low self-esteem. This study aims to increase the self-esteem of victims of bullying by using assertive training techniques. The research method used is action research. The results showed that the condition of the victim's self-esteem increased although not significantly after the action in cycle I. The score from the given scale was 61, the score was included in the category of moderate self-esteem. In the reflection of the first cycle, the counselor prepares for better treatment in the second cycle, until a score of 89 is obtained on the scale given by the counselor to the counselee after handling the second cycle. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the self-esteem of victims of bullying can be increased by using assertive training techniques
The figure of a Kiai as the director of Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is very crucial in motivating lecturers’ work.This research aims to find and to analyze the role and the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation. It uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes inductive analysis through reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The role of Kiai's leadership in enhancing lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo Situbondo is in his capacity as a competitive supervisor in every lecturer’s ability to increase personal awareness so can do work based on main duties and functions (TUPOKSI), by giving an example and spiritual guidance before instructing. The Kiai's strategy as the director of Ma'had Aly are holds a meeting with masyayikh, maintain sustainable control to Ma'had Aly 's regulation, buildsan adjacency with all elements (egalitarian), uses uswatun hasanah approach and Sufistic strategies, discipline in carrying out the duties. The positive impact of the strategies of Kiai in enhancing the lecturers’ work motivation at Ma'had Aly Sukorejo is the lecturers respect him more, dare to express their aspirations, but still maintain politeness.
