All Samples of alkaline-earth silicon oxynitride glasses were synthesized by conventional high-temperature melting reaction. The infrared spectra of all glasses were studied. The results show that the band between 800 and 1300 cm-1becomes wider and loss intensity with increasing N content. With the same starting N content, glasses prepared of different alkaline-earth oxides show different infrared spectra. The absorption bands of CaO-SiO2-Si3N4, BaO-SiO2-Si3N4glasses are wider than SrO-SiO2-Si3N4glass.
The cement is one of the most important building materials, and the rotary kiln is a key equipment or process in the cement production industry. During the operating of the cement rotary kiln, the burning zone temperature (BZT) is an important production index and has a significant role on the quality of the clinker. However, the BZT has complex dynamic characteristic and is difficult to be described online using the conventional approaches. Although the BZT can be detected by using the expensive infrared pyrometer which located at the kiln head hood, it generally loses veracity due to the complex dynamics of the cement rotary kiln. In this paper, a novel approach is proposed to analyze and depict the dynamical characteristics of the BZT. Industrial tests have been performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method.
This paper introduces the composition and usage of the18 luminescence tubes shadowless retractor, the Single-port gasless laparoscopy minimally invasive surgical instrument, which is the national patent products. As for the issue of inadequate illuminating intensity, the 3- lamp cold light Lifting retractor system is presented for the first time in domestic, as well as its designing and manufacturing procedure. It also presents the trial-producing of 3- lamp cold light Lifting retractor and its supporting power box. The system has been tested. It can apply to the disaster relief field and other special conditions, at the same time, it can improve the intensity of illumination with its simple producing procedure.
Fuzzy controller of arc-length in welding process was studied. It studied a fuzzy control method of the base time as a control variable and the arc peak voltage as controlled variable. In order to achieve a stable arc welding process, it modulated the pulse frequency by the PFM method. The experimental results showed that the adjust effects of arc-length control was good and the welding was stability.
