In the construction projects there has been accompanied by the emergence of risk from the investment decision-making of the building units to the contractors bidding on projects. Therefore, in order to satisfy the interests of construction units, It is necessary to carry out its comprehensive evaluation of the risk of bidders. In this paper, according to the fuzzy mathematics theory, we discuss the relevant principles of fuzzy evaluation and calculation method, and more, analyze a project example. State the application of this method in construction bidding. Provide the decision supports for the related Companies.
In order to improve an efficiency of energy detection for a spectrum sensing in cognitive radio (CR), this paper proposes a dynamic threshold optimization algorithm. The traditional energy detection algorithm uses a fixed threshold, and can't guarantee always the optimal sensing performance in any environment. The improvement for sensing performance need to minimize the undetected probability and the probability of false alarm, and it is dissimilar for different CR users to accept these two errors. We improve the traditional energy detection algorithm, and firstly introduce a preference factor to characterize CR users’ different requirements for these two errors, then, propose a dynamic threshold optimization algorithm by minimizing integrated detection error for different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively reduces the integrated spectrum sensing error, and increases the probability of detection, especially in low SNR.
The accuracy of land value directly affects the size of the project development profit in real estate development project, more will be related to the project success and failure. According to the characteristics of the real estate development, land prices in the mature real estate, on the basis of influence factors, the grey correlation analysis model is set up by using the value of developed successful plot, to estimate the land value, and combined with examples to provide a reference for scientific decision-making to real estate developers.
Based on statistical yearbook data in Nanchang city, this paper applies a calculation mode of ecological footprint to conduct calculation and analysis on the ecological footprint, as well as bearing capacity of Nanchang city-the core city of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone from the year 2005 to 2009. According to some research, the average ecological footprint of Nanchang city in recent five years is 1.974879hm2/cap, the average ecological bearing capacity is 0.224917hm2/cap, and the average ecological deficit is 1.749962hm2/cap.Regional eco-environment is in the condition of unsustainable development. This paper also makes an analysis on the intensity of ecological footprint and ecological efficiency in Nanchang city. By taking these as a foundation, this paper puts forward strategies and suggestion to reduce ecological deficit of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and achieve sustainable development in this zone.
This paper first research two old city transformation projects’ basic information: the Shanghai little Lujiazui and London Canary Wharf. Then do the comparative study in the full life cycle view from four aspects: the management target, the management subject, the management object and the management process. Due to the two countries different system and development levels, even the similar old city transformation project, still reflect different aspects of management in the strategic adjustment, resources allocation and construction standards. Learning advanced experience, learning from each other, are always comparative analysis purposes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
