With the development of modern aircraft industry, the structure of the plane becoming more and more complex, and the sealing of parts is becoming stricter. Traditional sealing technology began gradually revealed its deficiencies. In this paper, the sealing method of the hydraulic system, oil tank, window and cover of the aircraft is introduced in details. The effective ways to seal have been put forward, and it also offering technical reference to the aircraft parts manufacturer.
Several typical failures of external gear pump are presented. The reasons of the pump failure are analyzed in detail. Solutions of the failure are proposed. In order to improve the efficiency of pumps maintenance and reparation, a new kind of tool is mentioned which could predict the life of gear pump before failure occurred.
Adaptive dynamic sliding mode control strategy for the overload control of anti-ship missiles using Lyapunov stability theory is proposed. By using a function augmented sliding hyperplane, it is guaranteed that the output tracking error converges to zero in finite time. In addition, an adaptive method is adopted to attenuate the uncertainties. The simulation shows validity of the proposed method.
Hydraulic pipe is the one of the most important parts of the airplane. It is the channel to provide energy to the hydraulic system and has the characteristics of severe vibration, high temperature and easily broken. There still not mature equipment to detect its hidden problems so far. The text analyzed the causes of the pipe fracture such as improper tube chosen, overbending, incorrect arrangement and tubes vibration, put forward corresponding solutions and provide references for plane tube designing and routine maintenance.
