Kata kunci: bawang merah, bobot badan, itik jantan, konsumsi, ABSTRACT:Onions have active compounds such as allisin and flavonoids by antioxidant compounds that can lower cholesterol levels. The goal is to know the effect of giving of onion leaf as alternative feed to ration consumption and daily weight gain at Magelang duck. This research used ration treatment as follows: T0: 0% flour DBM (control) T1: 3% flour DBM T2: 6% flour DBM, T3: 9% flour DBM. The results showed that the addition of onion leaf on the Magelang duck ration did not significant effect (P <0.05) on ration consumption and daily weight gain. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the onion leaf powder does not affect the consumption of ration and daily weight gain in duck during rearing process.
