Kesehatan mental mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran perlu diskrining terhadap keberadaan COVID-19. Faktor internal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah aspek religiusitas dan kualitas hidup. Instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan mental adalah SRQ29 serta religiusitas dan kualitas hidup dengan EQ5D. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesehatan mental dan kualitas hidup mahasiswa Farmasi dan Kedokteran pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional diskriptif dengan metode survey terhadap 44 responden yang meliputi 36 mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi dan 8 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran. Metode yang digunakan untuk skrining kesehatan jiwa adalah instrumen kuesioner yaitu SRQ-29 untuk skrining kesehatan jiwa dan religiusitas yang berisi 29 pertanyaan terkait kesehatan jiwa responden, dan skrining kualitas hidup dengan instrumen EQ5D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari skrining SRQ29 mahasiswa farmasi dan FK perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta mengalami gejala PTSD (75%), cemas dan depresi (61,36%), gangguan psikotik (50%), penggunaan zat psikoaktif/ narkoba (2,27%). Berdasarkan hasil skrining religiusitas menunjukkan nilai yang tinggi terhadap keyakinan dan iman kepada Allah SWT (96,8%). Hasil EQ5D menunjukkan bahwa pandemi tidak berdampak besar pada aspek fisik, namun berdampak pada mental/ psikologis. Kesimpulan penelitian terkait kesehatan jiwa pada hasil skrining dengan instrumen SRQ29 menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa farmasi dan FK perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta mengalami masalah psikososial. Hal ini saat dikaitkan dengan religiusitas dan kualitas hidup menunjukkan adanya pengaruh faktor internal tersebut pada kesehatan jiwa.
The COVID-19 pandemic impacts maternal psychological problems with an increasing prevalence of symptoms of depression and anxiety. In Branch Aisyiyah Demangan and Sapen DIY, activities were stopped during the pandemic, considering that many of the members were elderly and were in the red zone in June 2021. On this basis, it is necessary to carry out stimulus activities that can be carried out during a pandemic. This activity aims to know mental health conditions by screening mental health, promoting mental health, and using and managing traditional medicines for relaxants. The methods used in this activity are mental health screening, mental health counseling and training, presentation of herbal medicines with the right dose, and making herbal medicine that meets the standards of the Health Office. Activities are carried out online, starting with pretest, delivery of material, mental health screening, management of traditional medicinal plants, post-test. The analysis of the results was carried out by performing a paired t-test statistical test. The pretest and post-test results showed an increase from 82±0.55 to 93±0.84. Psychologically and emotionally, most respondents experienced complaints of fatigue (73.1%), followed by complaints of difficulty understanding feelings (46.2%), then complaints of anxiety, tension, or worry (42.3%). Screening results show that one respondent has a mild mental problem.
