Educators and educational personnel as the key actors in education who have a direct effect on the education process must be able to provide the best performance so that the education process runs as expected. This brings about the importance of improving the quality of educators and educational personnel that is adjusted to the demands and progress of the times. Sadly, this has not yet been fully carried out by educational policy-makers. Improving the quality of educators and educational personnel is mostly done without a through comprehensive analysis. This study aimed to develop a strategic planning as an effort to improve the quality of educators and educational personnel based on an analysis of the internal and external conditions of the school. This research was a qualitative study conducted at a vocational high school in West Java. Participants were the school principal, vice-principals, and teachers. Data were collected through interviews and documents. Data were analyzed by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. This study was conducted through FGDs and a SWOT analysis for determining positions and determining strategic issues. The results showed that the school's position was in quadrant I (with an aggressive strategy) which showed a potential position to develop. This study recommends that several steps can be used to improve the quality of educators and educational personnel.
The 21st century is set apart by high difficulties and requests that make each college be prepared with this large number of difficulties and requests. The high difficulties requests make colleges actually need to focus on their quality. This is on the grounds that colleges are amidst worldwide rivalry where quality is something that must constantly be viewed as to keep up with its presence in the cutthroat field. The improvement of the 21st century has made progressively fast advancements in the realm of schooling, remembering for terms of offering types of assistance to address the issues of understudies. In this way, absolute quality administration is utilized as one of the endeavors to address these issues. A quality administration framework that is executed with a reliable responsibility will give advantages and accomplishment to all partners in the advanced education foundation. So that to make these advantages and progress, it should be founded on a few laid out quality administration standards and upheld by the 21st initiative.
Principals have various important roles as school leaders, moreover with the 4.0 revolution which demanded the role of more principal. This study aims to determine the level of self-efficacy of school principals as learning leaders in improving the quality of education in era 4.0 in the city of Jambi. One important role is the improvement of the quality of education. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. Measurement of the principal's selfefficacy was carried out using an instrument in the form of a four-scale education-oriented questionnaire in the 4.0 era. As for the data analysis done by the mixed method. Based on the instrument, it is obtained that 46.7% of school principals have a good level of self-efficacy to improve the quality of education in the 4.0 era, 33.5% of the medium category and the remaining 19.8 are in a low category. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the self-efficacy of principals, especially in the category of "medium" and "low" so that the role and function of the principal as a learning leader in the school can run more optimally so that the improvement of the quality of education in the 4.0 era is better, directed and guaranteed.
Dalam menejalankan kegiatan produksinya PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari telah menggunakan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama sebagaimana yang diamanatkan oleh Pasal 116 Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Pembuatan Peraturan Kerja Bersama yang dibuat antara pekerja dengan PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari secara keseluruhan telah mengatur bagaimana hubungan antara pekerja dengan PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari. Baik mengenai hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak. Namun dalam kenyataannya, PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari melalui manager dan accounting officer masih melakukan pelanggaran terhadap Perjanjian Kerj Bersama yang telah disepakati. Pelanggaran tersebut berbentuk Pemutuhan Hubungan Kerja secara sepihak tanpa memberikan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki diri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disipulkan sebagai berikut: Pertama, Pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap tenaga kerja berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) Antara PUK SPPP-SPSI PT Arvena Sepakat & PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari dengan Management PT. Arvena Sepakat & PT. Sumatera Makmur Lestari, Sei Pejangki Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu, Provinsi Riau secara umum telah dilaksanakan melalui: Perlindungan Jamsostek yang diberikan dalam bentuk, yakni: jaminan kecelakaan kerja, jaminan kematian dan jaminan hari tua, pemeliharaan kesehatan, dana pension, pembinaan rohani, dan fasilitas kesejahteraan, perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang diimplementasikan dengan penyediaan alat-alat keselamatan kerja dan pemeliharaan kesehatan melalui bantuan pemeriksaan, pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi seluruh pekerjanya dengan cara didaftarkan pada BPJS kesehatan. Perlindungan upah diberikan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku, yakni Upahm Minimum Provinsi Riau, yang dibagi ke dalam 3 (tiga) bentuk, yakni: Upah bagi pekerja harian, Upah bagi pekerja baru selama masa percobaan, dan Upah selama masa cuti. Selain itu karyawan juga mendapatkan Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR. Bentuk Perjanjian Kerja Bersama adalah Perjanjian Kerja Bersama terakhir yang berlaku di PT Sumatera Makmur Lestari. Perjanjian Kerja Bersama tersebut yang ditandatangani antara pihak Pengusaha dan pihak Serikat Pekerja. Dalam Perjanjian Kerja Bersama ini terdiri dari 13 Bab dan 50 Pasal. Dalam sistem perjanjian kerja bersama ini hanya akan dikaji hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan sistem pengupahan, jaminan pekerja, serta keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).
Abstrak: Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat merupakan salah satu Sekolah Islami pada Kota Ternate. Sebagai sekolah yang memiliki peran besar bagi masyarakat luas tentunya sangat membutuhkan Teknologi Informasi seperti website untuk mengelola data maupun proses seleksi siswa baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Perancangan Website Sistem Seleksi Siswa Baru pada Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kalumpang Kota Ternate. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Tahapan kemudian penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan pengembangan sistem. Metode analisis sistem adalah metode terstruktur dengan menggunakan model bottom-up, untuk perancangannya menggunakan metode berorentasi objek sedangkan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan metode Prototyping. Sistem ini dirancang dengan Alat Bantu UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman yang di gunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan PHP, Database dibuat menggunakan MySQL. Penelitian menghasilkan website seleksi siswa baru pada Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Ternate yang memudahkan pihak sekolah pada proses pengelolaan data seleksi serta menginformasikan pengumuman kelulusan, untuk siswa baru dapat memudahkan proses seleksi dan pengumuman kelulusan siswa baru dimana saja, tanpa harus datang ke sekolah terkait.Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem Website, Seleksi Siswa baruAbstract: Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat is one of the Islamic Schools in Ternate City. As a school that has a significant role for the wider community, of course, need Information Technology such as websites to manage data and the selection process of new students. The purpose of this study was to create a New Student Selection System Website Design at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kalumpang Ternate City. Data collection in this study uses interview and observation techniques. The next stage of research starts with system analysis, system design, and system development. The system analysis method is a structured method using a bottom-up model, for the design using object-oriented methods while for its development using the Prototyping method. This system is designed with UML (Unified Modeling Language) Tools. The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and PHP. The database is created using MySQL. The research produced a new student selection website at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Ternate City which made it easy for schools to manage the selection data and inform graduation announcements, for new students to facilitate the selection process and the announcement of new student graduations everywhere, without having to come to the relevant school.Keywords: Website System Design, New Student Selection
