This study objective was to investigate the effect of applying SCAMPER method on learning outcomes and the activity of students 4th graders of public elementary school. This study used quasi-experiments with the type of design of the One Group PreTest PostTest Design. The samples were 27, 4th graders of public elementary school. Data-collecting techniques used were tests multiple choice and observations sheet. The results showed, the mean fare pretest written were 41.78. While the mean fare that Posttest value were 68.89. The result of test, obtained tcount = 4.8 while ttable = 0.381 with a significant level of 0.05 (5%). Finally, ttable then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Then it could be concluded that the applyimg of SCAMPER method influenced learning outcomes and activity of students 4th graders of public elementary school. Keywords: SCAMPER method, learning outcomes, activity of students.
