This study aimed to examine the effect of job monitoring and organizational communicationon employee’s job effectiveness. The author utilized a descriptive study method and a verification method. The study population was all employees of BPJS KC Kuningan amounted to 30 people. The sample amount determination was conducted using a saturated sample. The number of samples taken in the study follows the population, i.e., 30 respondents. The study result shows that a hypothesis stating that job monitoring partially and significantly affects employee’s job effectiveness was supported. The second hypothesis was also supported, where a positive and significant effect is present between organizational communication and job effectiveness.
Occupational health and safety is one of the important aspects to be considered by human resource management, because remembering human being is an important asset in a company that play a role for progress of company in getting profit. In order to create safe and comfortable conditions and situations in the workplace, every company needs to provide adequate facilities for its workers, in order to protect their physical and mental safety from accidents and illness due to the work they do. So how much attention the company to the safety and health of employees interesting to investigate. Therefore this study aims to analyze the effect of the application of health and safety (K3) programs to increase employees productivity at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) area operation 3 Cirebon. This research is a quantitative research with survey method, using questionnaire instrument. Testing the instrument using validity test and reliability test. The sample size of 100 people was obtained from the entire population by using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used by the authors in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with F test and t test, to measure the effect of independent variables on dependent variable that is health and safety program as independent variable (X) and employee work productivity as dependent variable (Y). Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination (KD) is known that the value of R square of 0.10, this means the percentage contribution of variables K3 program (health and safety) to work productivity employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area 3 Cirebon of 10% while the remaining 90% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Kualitas foto produk sangat menentukan keberhasilan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di pasar e-commerce. UMKM seringkali berjuang untuk bersaing dengan bisnis yang lebih besar karena keterbatasan sumber daya yang mereka miliki untuk pemasaran, termasuk mengambil foto produk berkualitas tinggi. Photo box studio mini adalah solusi hemat biaya yang dapat membantu UMKM mengontrol foto produk mereka dan meningkatkan kualitas foto produk mereka. Pelatihan kotak foto mini studio memberi UMKM keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang mereka butuhkan untuk mengambil foto berkualitas tinggi dari produk mereka, meningkatkan peluang mereka untuk dilihat dan dibeli oleh pelanggan. Pelatihan tersebut dapat menghasilkan foto produk yang lebih baik, peningkatan penjualan, dan sektor UMKM yang lebih kuat dan kompetitif. Makalah ini menyimpulkan bahwa UMKM harus mempertimbangkan untuk berinvestasi dalam mini studio photo box dan mengikuti pelatihan mini studio photo box untuk meningkatkan kualitas foto produk mereka dan meningkatkan daya jual mereka di pasar e-commerce. Abstrack The quality of product photos is crucial for the success of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the e-commerce marketplace. MSMEs often struggle to compete with larger businesses due to the limited resources they have for marketing, including taking high-quality product photos. The mini studio photo box is a cost-effective solution that can help MSMEs take control of their product photos and improve the quality of their product photos. Mini studio photo box training provides MSMEs with the skills and knowledge they need to take high-quality photos of their products, increasing their chances of being seen and purchased by customers. The training can lead to improved product photos, increased sales, and a stronger and more competitive MSME sector. This paper concludes that MSMEs should consider investing in a mini studio photo box and participating in mini studio photo box training to improve the quality of their product photos and increase their selling power in the e-commerce marketplace.
One of the villages in South Karawang, which is located at the foot of Mount Sanggabuana, has a very high natural tourism potential, with a distance between the village and the city center of around 45.30 km. The demographic location which is quite far from the City Center coupled with post-pandemic conditions means that people's income is still below average and has even decreased. Financial management is one of the main problems in MSMEs because many ignore the importance of financial literacy.This is in line with the results of the National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) conducted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2019 which shows that both in terms of understanding and use of financial products/services, people in rural areas are still quite behind compared to the rest of the population. who live in the city area. This research was conducted to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management. The method used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the results of research with the help of SPSS version 26, it is known that the R square is 0.373. Which means bthat the variable financial literacy affects financial management 37.3% and the remaining 62.7 is influenced by other factors. The results of the calculation of the t test show that t count is greater than t table (4.084 > 2.048) so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between financial literacy and financial management in MSMEs in Mekarbuana Village.

A conventional bank is a business entity that collects funds and distributes funds based on international and national agreements, based on formal state law. The orientation of conventional banks is profit or profit-oriented which can be obtained from interest on loans to customers or business entities. Transactions and agreements from conventional banks are made based on positive laws that apply in Indonesia. This study aims to determine how the role of credit training to improve employee performance. This sort of inquire about employments a subjective expressive approach. The collection procedure utilized in this investigate is to utilize case study research methods, observation portfolio documents or observations. The results of the study indicate that credit training makes employees more qualified and reliable in credit management in accordance with the rules at BPR Wibawa Mukti Jabar.
