During the Covid-19 Pandemic, educational institutions carried out distance learning online. For areas that are included in the green zone, face-to-face learning can be carried out with a limited time and comply with health protocols. One of the learning innovations that can be carried out by educational institutions is blended learning-based learning, including at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This study aims to determine learning planning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of learning based on blended learning at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that at the planning stage, the two Yogyakarta AMA with the blended learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic were supported by existing facilities and infrastructure. In the implementation phase, AMA Yogyakarta applies a group division system. Some groups are offline and some are online learning. However, conditions changed very quickly, Yogyakarta became a red zone so it was not allowed to carry out face-to-face learning. At the evaluation stage, AMA Yogyakarta conducted a website-based online evaluation.
This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. This study uses the variables of service quality and physical facilities as independent variables to analyze their effect on patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. Respondents in this study were patients who visited the Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul, with a sampling technique using this technique Random Sampling namely as many as 104 samples. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS 17.0 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of service quality and physical facilities partially or simultaneously on patient satisfaction at Rajawali Citra Hospital, Bantul. Services that are fast, precise and supported by officers who are reliable in providing services and the ability to provide reliable explanations as well as physical facilities in hospitals that are complete, clean, well-maintained and safe can give satisfaction to patients.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the field of labor placement services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this population uses a non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. The population of people who visited the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta, was 50. The sample taken was 44. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the Public Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, having a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, Yogyakarta Special Region. The population taken is all employees of the Wonosari Regional General Hospital, totaling 50 people as a sample. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. based on the results of the study it was stated that the motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance having a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This study obtained data from 88 respondents who are employees of the Yogyakarta Special Region Health Service. The results showed that there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance. And the work environment is not empirically proven to have an effect on employee performance, this shows that DIY Provincial Health Office employees can work well without being affected by the conditions of the work environment according to the provisions and regulations that have been set by the organization supported by good communication and cooperation between individuals and departments.
