The background in this study is the shooting ability of petanque athletes whose achievements are inconsistent during the match/competition. This study aims to find out the effect of accuracy training on the results of shooting games of petanque athletes. Participants in the study were 20 athletes (ages 15-20 years; M = 17.7; SD: 2.4). This research design is one group pretest-posttest experimental design. The instruments used for the test of ability (shooting) are game numbers (shooting station) 1-5 with a distance of 6-9 meters. Data analysis uses a t-test with the help of IBM SPSS 24. Based on the calculation of pretest and posttest data on the shooting results of petanque athletes who have obtained an accuracy training program, it shows a value of p = 0.000 which means that p<0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that there is an influence between the accuracy training program on shooting results in petanque athletes aged 15-20 years. This study contributed to subsequent research to involve other factors that can improve the shooting ability of petanque athletes.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepatan tendangan sabit pada pesilat remaja perguruan pencak silat Tri Guna Sakti di Kabupaten Kebumen Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian deskriftif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pesilat remaja perguruan pencak silat Tri Guna Sakti yang berjumlah 30 orang. Dikarenakan populasi kurang dari 100 subjek, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase terhadap hasil tes kecepatan tendangan sabit. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu persentase tendangan sabit kaki kanan putra dengan kategori baik 76,92% dan cukup 23.08%, sedangkan tendangan sabit kaki kiri putra dengan kategori baik 61.54% dan cukup 38.46%. Kemudian untuk tendangan sabit kaki kanan putri dengan kategori baik 58.82% dan cukup 41.18%, sedangkan tendangan sabit kaki kiri putri kategori baik 52.94% dan cukup 47.06%. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kecepatan tendangan sabit pesilat remaja berada pada kategori baik dan cukup. Adapun persentase kecepatan tendangan tertinggi pada pesilat putra dan putri adalah tendangan sabit menggunakan kaki kanan.Kata kunci: Kecepatan, Tendangan Sabit, Remaja, Tri Guna Sakti Abstract This purpose of this study to determine the speed of the sickle kicks in the school of youth martial art Tri Guna Sakti in Kebumen Regency in 2020. The study design uses in this study is descriptive quantitative survey method. The population in this study is teenegers figthers amount 30 people. Because the population is less than 100 subjects, so the sample uses is 30 people. Data analysis is performed by descriptive analysis of percentages. The results obtained the percentage of male right sickle kick in good category of 76.92% and 23.08% enough, while the female right and left sickle kicks are in 61.54% in good category, and 38.46% enough. Then, for female right food sickle kick with good category is 58.82% and 41.18% enough, while female left sickle kick is in good category is in good category is 52.94% and 47.06% enough. The unknown level of the basic skills of pencak silat students participating in extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdltul Ulama 1 Bener has an impact on the improper arrangement of the training program. The absence of regular evaluations and the frequency of training that does not affect the basic skill level of the students participating in the extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener. This study aims to determine the level of basic skills of pencak silat students participating in extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener. The method used in this research is a survey with test and measurement techniques. The subjects of this study were students participating in the extracurricular pencak silat at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener, totaling 16 students. The instrument used is an instrument composed by Drs. Agung Nugroho AM., M. Si. Analysis of the data used to describe the results of the research is descriptive percentage. The results showed that the level of basic skills of pencak silat extracurricular pencak silat students at SMK Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Bener 0 students (0%) in the very good category, 0 students (0%) in the good category, 0 students (0%) in the excellent category. moderate, 1 student (6.25%) in the poor category, and 15 students (93.75%) in the very poor category.Keywords: skills, pencak silat, students, extracurricular

In general, catfish farmers in Kebumen Regency, especially in Kawedusan Village use commercial floating pellets as feed. The use of this feed has several advantages, one of which is the rapid and uniform growth of fish. However, most of the catfish farmers complained about the small profits they received. These benefits are not comparable to the amount of energy and costs that have been incurred, thus threatening the sustainability of the breeder’s business activities. Another problem faced by farmers is the rapid dirty water of the pool, so that the frequency of replacement of water increases, which in turn increases the cost of electricity. When the partner is late in replacing the pool water, it can cause catfish disease that is difficult to control. Dirty water also makes the growth of catfish disrupted because of decreased appetite. The solution offered is by conducting counseling, training and mentoring the cultivation of organic vegetables using the aquaponics method, preparation of simple bookkeeping, calculation of production costs, and product pricing strategies. Selected plants cultivated during the activity are mustard greens (caisim) and kale. Both of these vegetables are of interest to the surrounding community and are suitable to be planted in lowland areas such as Kebumen and have a short planting period (± 40 days). The output of this activity is in the form of improving the skills of partners in vegetable cultivation in an aquaponics manner, compiling simple bookkeeping, calculating production costs, and determining the selling.Keyword: training, aquaponics, land
