This study examines four variables namely religiosity, halal labels, halal awareness and purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of religiosity and halal labels on KFC product purchase decisions by testing halal awareness as intervening. The research respondents were KFC consumers in Jombang which were Muslim. A total of 133 respondents were sampled in this study. The analysis technique is descriptive and linear regression for confirmation on a structural equation model built by the researcher. The quantitative approach was chosen to explain the influence between research variables. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study found that religiosity, halal labels and halal awareness had a positive impact on purchasing decisions for KFC products in Jombang. In previous studies, most religiosity variables and halal labels on purchasing decisions were examined without using intervention variables. This study includes an intervention variable, namely halal awareness to see its effect on purchasing decisions.
Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh BUMDes Sari Artha dimana BUMDes Sari Artha masih takut untuk mengambil resiko dalam perencanaan-perencanaan yang sudah direncanakan selain itu dengan adanya business plan tersebut sekaligus juga sebagai alat untuk bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga dalam hal pendanaan, pembinaan, dam pengembangannya agar usaha yang dijalankan dengan kelayakan ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Melalui program pengabdian pada masyarakat kapasitas BUMDES dan stakeholders dalam penyusunan business plan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penyuluhan dan fasilitasi. Pemberikan edukasi tentang pengelolaan atau pendampingan manajerial dan manajemen resiko akan perencanaan-perencanaan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berbentuk sosialisasi Business Plan dengan mengundang pihak BUMDes serta perwakilan pengurus BUMDes. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pengadian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pihak BUMDes Sari Artha diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang teknik penyusunan business plan, serta menghasilkan draft business plan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media influencer, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian pada MS Glow. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren bahrul ulum yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 santriwan dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren bahrul ulum dengan menggunakan rumus lameshow. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode kuisioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan spss versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel social media influencer terdapat pengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel Brand Awareness dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, variabel social media influencer, Brand Awareness dan Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KPP Pratama Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees, while the sample amounted to 70 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that part of the motivation variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of KPP Pratama Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.538, or 53.8%, which means that the contribution of motivation and work discipline variables to employee performance is 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or other variables not examined
This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities and communication on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang. This study uses quantitative study methods. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sampling (Census) in which all population members were sampled. So the sample in this study was 32 respondents. Data collection techniques using study instruments namely questionnaire. The instrument testing techniques are validity test and reliability test, data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 2) Communication has no significant effect on employee performance on CV. Zam – Zam Jombang, 3) Simultaneous work and communication facilities have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Zam – Zam Jombang.
