Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) terhadap keputusan Berkunjung di Café Sawah, Desa Wisata Pujon Kidul. eWOM dalam penelitian ini dilihat berdasarkan dimensi Concern for Others (CFO), Expressing Positive Feelings (EPF), Helping the Company (HC), dan Economic Incentives (ECI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden yang merupakan pengunjung Café Sawah dan pengguna media sosial instagram. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probability sampling menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan pendekatan WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Concern for Others, Expressing Positive Feelings, Helping the Company, dan Economic Incentives memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien jalur bernilai positif (0,213; 0,284; 0,391; dan 0,341) dan nilai p-value masing-masing bernilai ≤0,05. Hasil nilai Rsquared yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian juga sebesar 0,670 yang termasuk dalam kriteria model kuat (≤0,70).
Online grocery shopping in Indonesia has been applied by one platform called Happyfresh, which cooperates through many modern supermarkets. One supermarket that conducts this cooperation to supply grocery products is Loka Mart. Currently, online grocery shopping facility that implemented by Loka Mart is still limited and only coverage Jakarta area. Thus, it is necessary to conduct study related to the public acceptance to the online grocery shopping in Malang City as the potential online market due to the level of education of the society. The data are obtained through the questionnaire of 140 respondents of Loka Mart consumer. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is employed as the foundation in this study. Besides, visibility, risk perception, and social influence variable -which used in the study of Sherah and Ai-Wen (2003) -analyzing Australian people acceptance towards online grocery shopping -used in this study. Multiple regression analysis, pearson correlation, and biserial point used as analysis instrument in this study. The study result showed that basic model of TAM -which consists of perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence variable -could explain public acceptance in Malang City to the online grocery shopping. Moreover, the visibility and risk perception variable have no effect in explaining public acceptance to use online grocery shopping. This result also shows that, Online Grocery Acceptance Model explains how the behavior and characteristics of the consumers in utilizing online grocery service. Perceived of usefulness is the main factor affecting online grocery acceptant and the perceive ease of use is correlated highly with perceived of usefulness.
Poncokusumo is a center of apples in East Java. One effort increases the selling apples namely by supporting the industrialization of agriculture through agro-industries. Koperasi Lestari Makmur is the first agro-industry pioneer in District Poncokusumo apples. But considering the number of productssari apel existing products it is necessary to evaluate the extent to which the holding of agro-industry development undertaken apple Koperasi Lestari Makmur as agro-industry development efforts in the processing of sari apel. What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the Agroindustry sari apel "Lestari" in Koperasi Lestari Makmur today? How is the formulation of development strategies should be implemented by Agroindustry sari apel "Lestari" in Koperasi Lestari Makmur?. Based on the SWOT analysis, an alternative strategy that can be used by agroindustry sari apel "Lestari" in accordance with agro-industry position is located in quadrant I are SO strategy, among others; 1 increase the quality, quantity and continuity of products by using the appropriate technology strategy 2 improving managerial skills in running a business manager with the support of the local government 3 increase production capacity to meet the huge market demand.
The rapid development of internet technology in this era makes consideration of renewal in business, especially in marketing strategy. Nowadays, the online platform starts to replace grocery shopping habits from the traditional market. Therefore, it is necessary to identify reason behind customer behaviour towards grocery shopping online. This study aimed to determine factors behind consumer behaviour in buying online using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) approach. Data were collected from 127 grocery shoppers using questionnaires and analysed by Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Results have shown that Attitude Towards Behaviour (ATB), Subjective Norm (SN), and Perceived Behavioural Control (PBC) have significant influences on purchase intention (PI). It also shown that PI (willingness, online preferential, and recommendation) had a significant effect on online grocery purchasing behaviour. The higher the intention, the greater behaviour reflected in the online purchase. Therefore, this study can be used to assist online grocery retailers to formulate effective strategies to gain more customers’ confidence to do online grocery shopping.
Sejak tahun 2016, Universitas Brawijaya memperoleh mandat dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan untuk mengelola hutan seluas 544 ha di lereng Gunung Arjuno menjadi hutan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, yang diberi nama UB Forest. Di dalam UB forest terdapat petani penggarap yang menanam kopi dibawah tegakan pinus. Setiap tahun, produksi kopi di UB Forest mencapai 600 kg ha-1, dengan potensi limbah sisa panen kulit kopi antara 50–60%. Limbah sisa panen kulit kopi tersebut hanya ditumpuk saja dan berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok tani hutan UB Forest di dalam mengolah sisa panen kulit kopi menjadi pupuk kompos dan pupuk organik granul (POG). Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: 1) Penyuluhan; 2) Pembuatan rumah produksi kompos; 3) Introduksi mesin granulator; 4) Pelatihan pembuatan kompos dan POG; 5) Pengemasan produk, dan 6) analisa kualitas kompos dari kulit kopi. Hasil kegiatan meliputi 1) tersedianya rumah produksi pupuk organik granul beserta alat pembuat pupuk organik granule (granulator); 2) 85% dari petani hutan peserta penyuluhan dan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di dalam mengolah sisa panen kulit kopi menjadi kompos dan pupuk organik granul; 3) kelompok tani hutan memiliki modul dan SOP pembuatan kompos dan pupuk organik granul.[Since 2016, Brawijaya University received a mandate from the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry to manage 544 hectares (ha) of forest, located in the slopes of Mount Arjuno, as a forest for Education and Training, which is named UB Forest. In UB forest, there are forest farmer who planted coffee under the pine trees. Every year, coffee production in UB Forest reaches 600 kg ha-1, with 50-60% of them is coffee peel. The waste of the remaining coffee peel is only stacked and potentially cause pollution. This activity is aimed to increase the knowledge and skills of forest farmer groups (UB Forest) in processing the remaining coffee peel into compost and granular organic fertilizer (POG). The activities included: 1) Counseling; 2) Creating compost production houses; 3) Introducing of granulator machines; 4) Training in composting and POG; 5) Product packaging, and 6) analysis of the quality of compost. The results of the activities included: 1) the availability of houses for the production of compost and POG along with the tools for processing granule organic fertilizers (granulators); 2) 85% of forest farmers participating in counseling and training experience increased knowledge and skills in processing the remaining coffee peel into compost and granule organic fertilizer; 3) forest farmer groups have modules and SOPs for composting and granule organic fertilizer.]
