Kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diketahui oleh semua komponen, agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang lebih buruk saat terjadi bencana. Seseorang harus berusaha secara mandiri agar saat bencana terjadi dapat menyelematkan diri dengan cepat dan tepat. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana yaitu melalui pelatihan siaga bencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pelatihan siaga bencana terhadap kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review, penelusuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Schooler dan Portal Garuda. Prosedur pencarian dan seleksi artikel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-analyses (PRISMA). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan 10 artikel yang telah direview didapatkan terdapat pengaruh pelatihan siaga bencana terhadap kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencan. Kesimpulan pelatihan siaga bencana berpengaruh terhadap kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana. Kata Kunci : Bencana, Kesiapsiagaan, Simulasi.
Nurses are required to have sensitivity and ability to support patients' trust and welfare through caring behavior. Nurse caring behavior will have a significant influence on the patient's care process in the hospital. The aim of study was to determine the description of nurse’s caring behavior in nursing services in one hospital in Indramayu Regency 2017. The study used descriptive methode. Population was patients in the Inpatient Room of one hospital in Indramayu Regency. Samples were 96 respondents which selected by accidental sampling technique. Humanistic and Altruistic caring behaviors of nurses were 91.7%, provide trust were 82.3%, foster sensitivity to themselves and others were 69.8%, develop a relationship between mutual trust in patients were 77.1%, increase and receive expressions of positive and negative feelings towards patients were 77.1%, solving problems for decision making were 65.6%, increased learning and interpersonal teaching were 71.9%, creating supportive physical, mental, sociocultural, and spiritual environments were 81.3%, provide guidance in satisfying needs were 69.8%, and allowing for phenomenological stress to patient mental-growth and maturity pressure were 52.1%. Hand hygiene merupakan salah satu upaya menegakkan prinsip patient safety. Kepatuhan perawat yang masih rendah dalam melakukan hand hygiene berisiko menyebarkan infeksi nosokomial baik bagi pasien maupun petugas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan supervisi dengan kepatuhan perawat melakukan hand hygiene di RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Indramayu. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional sampling sebanyak 104 responden. Instrumen menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan observasi. Analisa data menggunakan Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi tinggi sebanyak 60 perawat (57,7%), supervisi baik sebanyak 62 perawat (59,6%) dan ketidakpatuhan dalam hand hygiene sebanyak 98 perawat (94,2%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi dengan kepatuhan perawat melakukan hand hygiene (P value=0.696), dan tidak ada hubungan supervisi dengan kepatuhan perawat melakukan hand hygiene (P value = 0,683).
