This paper presents the strategy of pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in minimizing the occurrence of bias gender through gender-based education awareness.Bias gender in education is a reality that occurs in educational systems that favor certain sexes that cause gender inequality, so it takes a serious effort to overcome it, that is through gender awareness education. This research used qualitative approach of phenomenology type with one site design. The results showed; The form of bias gender in the system at Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo namely; the observed book content tend to be less gender-sensitive, the gap is due to structural factors such as socio-cultural values, and economics, the low participation of women in the educational decision making process and patriarchal culture. Development of gender-based education awareness at Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo is done through; the establishment of the Association of Women Nurul Jadid Foundation, the treatment and giving equal opportunity to women in every educational activity, the women helped build quality families, women also have the obligation to practice religious practices through education activities and giving independence to women.
Pemberdayaan Organisasi Intra Azzainiyah terhadap kesadaran pada pemeliharaan taman khususnya di pemondokan dalbar Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Program kelompok fisik yaitu Pemeliharaan taman yang diadakan tiap jumat pagi, sedangkan program kelompok non fisik yaitu Mengadakan Pelatihan perawatan dan pemeliharaan taman dengan mendatangkan narasumber yang pakar dibidang perawatan taman dan tanamna tujuannya agar santri khususnya oriza memiliki bekal pengetahuan dalam perlakuan terhadap tanah dan tanaman, program kegiatan tambahan motivasi berupa pemberian alat-alat berkebun berupa cangkul tangan, pot, cerek untuk siram tanaman, rumput hias. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Penanggung Jawab organiasasi Intra Azzainiyah, Pengurus organisasi Intra Azzainiyah, Santri-santri pondok pesantren. Data pendukung lainnya berwujud data dokumentasi atau data laporan yang telah tersedia. Sebagai data peneliti mengambil dari buku referensi atau dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Pelaksanaan pengelolaan Taman dapat berjalan dengan baik telah di bagi rangkaian tugas atau pekerjaan yang terdapat dalam manajemen, sebagai berikut Perencanaan (Planning) Perencanaan merupakan langkah awal kegiatan menetapkan tujuan yang akan dicapai beserta cara-cara untuk mencapainya. Pengorganisasian (Organizing) Dalam pengelolaan taman dibutuhkan suatu langkah pengorganisasian agar pelaksanaan perawatan dan pemeliharaan taman dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah di tetapkan bersama untuk memberikan fasilitas publik yang nyaman bagi masyarakat. Pelaksanaan (Actuating) Merupakan usaha menggerakkan anggota-anggota organisasi sedemikian rupa hingga mereka berkeinginan dan berusaha untuk mencapai sasaran atau tujuan. Dan pengawasan (Controlling) Pengawasan pada hakekatnya merupakan tindakan membandingkan antara hasil dan kenyataan dengan hasil yang diinginkan.
The era of modern technology requires its residents to pursue competence and competitiveness. Therefore, education is needed by humans as a basic need in developing competitiveness to achieve a glorious future. It also makes a person need literacy education for competence, accuracy, determination, trustworthiness, courage to face the risks of every decision he chooses and so on. The reality is that many Islamic boarding schools have not achieved the competencies desired by these institutions. This is traced to the fact that there are still many pesantren graduates who cannot play a role in society as a developer of religious or non-religious knowledge. This research was conducted with the aim of explaining how the implementation of literacy education in the Az-Zainiyah area of the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school was carried out as a form of effort to face the challenges of modern times in the future. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of one head of the Az-Zainiyah region, four coordinators of the Az-Zainiyah student literacy forum, one female student and one female student. The data analysis technique uses data reduction that has been collected, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and observations. The results showed that the implementation of literacy education in the Az-Zainiyah region was carried out by learning and studying the yellow book, book bazaars, talents and interests, competitions on literacy, and short studies, namely a seven-minute lecture. However, in the implementation of these various forms of literacy, there are obstacles, namely there is no free forum to express the literary works of students, the lack of books that are of interest to students, and the lack of motivation of students from their respective administrators.
Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui persepsi santri terhadap nilai edukasi pemilahan sampah organik dan non organik yang dilaksanakan santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Hal ini penting untuk dilakukan mengingat masih banyaknya santri yang belum memahami secara hakiki antara sampah organik dan non organik. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata dan gambar. Objek penelitian ini berasal dari santri di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para santri melakukan pemilahan sampah terlebih dahulu sebelum diangkut oleh petugas TPS berdasar jenis sampah non organik dan organik. Sampah organik yang berasal dari dari rumput-rumput, sisa-sisa makanan atau sesuatu yang sifatnya mudah membusuk dan terurai dilainkan dalam kantong terpisah dengan sampah yang dihasilkan dari proses teknologi yang susah diurai seperti botol kemasan, atau kertas. Selain itu, perilaku dan sikap para santri telah mengalami perubahan yang disebabkan mereka telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru di dalam menjaga lingkungan kebersihan mereka.
This research was motivated by the PHBS movement (Habitat for Clean and Healthy Life); PHBS was carried out at an early childhood education program, namely Raudlatul Athfal, located in the village of Pakunira. This study aims to determine how PHBS in children is early prevention of COVID 19. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After that, it is processed through data triangulation. PHBS is carried out in preparation and planning analysis, PHBS program implementation, and program evaluation based on the research findings. This research has implications for covid-19 prevention education through PHBS to provide the understanding and habituation to healthy lifestyles for students, teachers, parents, and the school environment
