This paper analyzed continuous intention to use smart-phone games and investigated factors influencing user satisfaction. It suggested the research model, which had a Cronbach's α value of 0.7 and above, and so its reliability was secured. In order to verify validity of the model, we carried out the exploratory factor analysis and found that 6 factors were extracted. The path analysis based on the structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses and we got the results as follows. Among 6 factors the social value, the functional value, and the personal value statistically affected user satisfaction at the 5% significant level. But, the hedonistic value showed no significant effect on the user satisfaction. In addition, the user satisfaction statistically affected the continuous intention to use smart-phone games at the 5% significant level.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
