Humic acids are biological macromolecules. It has been 500 years since “WU-JIN-SAN” (i.e. humic acid) reported in Compendium of Materia Medica. In recent 30 years tens of medical companies and institutions have done regular clinical trials, toxicological and harmacological research on bio-humic acids. Besides, German, Polish, Swiss, Finland et al. have also done similar research, with the similar efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine like “Streagthening Vital Qi's Capacity to Resist Pathogens”, “Readjusting Yin and Yang”, “remedy defects and rectify errors” which build a scientific fundament for medical application of bio-humic acid. Although bio-humic acids was relatively weak in pharmacological studies, it was still traceable. As a drug, how to make a prescription in the pharmacopoeia? This is the key issues which affect the progress in humic medical research. The author consider: First, the use of low-carbon biodegradation reduces the complexity of bio-humic acid molecules, then acoording to the active component by bio-humic acid, Pharmacological-pharmacodynamic, and determining the scope of medical applications could gradually overcome the bottleneck of medical research in bio-humic acid, accelerat the progress of medical research of bio-humic acid.
The humic acids in young coal are complex compounds of aromatic-fatty group organic acid with content of functional groups like carboxy, phenolic hydroxyl group, benzoquinonyl, alcohol group , ketone group etc. The pharmacology research of humic acid advanced in slow progress as a result of composition complexity and raw material multiplicity. At first it was analysed that terpene, steroids and other bioactive substances existed in natural humic having effects on antibacterial, antiviral, antitumor and microcirculation improvement. A new way of molecular weight determination for fulvic acid was established by modification of cryoscopic constant which was proved by the detection of capillary electrophoresis and LC-MS then. In terms of Fulvic acid which molecular weight of 300-500, pharmacology of humic acid (FA/HA)- pyrones, humic acid (FA)- catechin, humic acid (FA)-saccharide metabolism of insulin, humic acid (FA)-allantoin-glycoconjugates,humic acid (FA)-glycyron-glycoconjugates which are prepared through selective degradation and branching modification were illustrated with similar pharmacophore (functional group) of Terpenoids, steroids by MTT experiment and flow cytometer.
Constructed matrices and artificial neural network numerical simulation method are used to transform , regulate and control carbon black (CB) reactor, where nano-conductive carbon black (NCCB) of low resistivity and good dispersion can be produced on the base of coal tar-based CCB production process. This kind of high-quality CCB with corrosion resistance and low expansion is used in high power electrodes, capacitors, etc.
The article developed a five-lump kinetic model for delayed coking through needle coke. The kinetic parameters were determined using the experimental results of the genetic algorithm method. The results showed the calculated concentration distribution agreed well with the experimental results. The results of five-lump kinetic model that composed of parallel and serial reactions and their activation energy also showed that the thermal sensitivity of coal tar pitch declined and that the orderly orientation strengthened under external magnetic field. This facilitates the formation of wide mesophase pitch structures in thermal conversion.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
