Structure. -(NH4)2(C4H12N2)[Co2B4P6O14(OH)2]·H2O is hydrothermally synthesized from a mixture of CoO, NH4HB4O7, piperazine, H3PO4, and H2O (autoclave, 473 K, 5 d). The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I41/a with Z = 8 (single crystal XRD). The structure contains corner-sharing CoO6 octahedra and BO 4 and PO 4 tetrahedra which form a three-dimensional open framework. The ammonium and diprotonated piperazinium ions as well as the water molecules occupy the intersecting channel system of this framework. The magnetic susceptibility of the compound follows the Curie-Weiss law over a wide temperature range. -(LIU*, W.; GUO, X.-Q.; SU, G.; CAO, L.-X.; WANG, Y.-G.; DUAN, J.-R.; J.
