Nanoporous copper/nickel (NP-Cu/Ni) were prepared by electroless plating of NiP on nanoporous copper (NP-Cu). The influence of concentration ratio of lactic acid to citric acid on the morphologies and mechanical properties of NP-Cu/Ni was investigated. The results showed that the ligament width increased after electroless plating and the three-dimensional bicontinuous ligament-channel structure was retained. The mechanical properties were improved. NP-Cu/Ni prepared using concentration ratio of 30 g/L : 20 g/L demonstrated the best comprehensive performance.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
