Prussian

hybrid composites (PB@Ti3C2T
x
) with peroxidase-like activity were
prepared via a mild and green approach, in which Ti3C2T
x
acted as a reducing agent,
and the multilayer 2D nanostructure could effectively keep the PB
nanoparticles away from aggregation. We fabricated a facile colorimetric
biosensor for H2O2 detection to demonstrate
the peroxidase-like activity of PB@Ti3C2T
x
, and the results indicated favorable linearity
of H2O2. The K
Mapp value of PB@Ti3C2T
x
for TMB and H2O2 was 0.0134 mM and 0.162 mM,
respectively, which was better than that of horseradish peroxidase
(HRP). Moreover, we also fabricated a biosensor by immobilizing acetylcholinesterase
(AChE) on the PB@Ti3C2T
x
-modified electrode. PB@Ti3C2T
x
not only has good biocompatibility for AChE but
also can obtain a detectable signal at lower applied potential (from
0.73 to 0.2 V). A good linearity of malathion was obtained in the
range from 1.0 × 10–15 to 1.0 × 10–9 M with a detection limit of 1.3 × 10–16 M.
A superconducting magnat system for MHD propulsion research is being constructed at the IEE CAS. The magnet is a large bore dipole with the inner diameter of 205mm, the winding is a layer wound 600 rircular saddle with the design central field of 4T and the length of 830". The outer diameter, the total length and height of the cryostat are 650mm, 1300" and 1390" respectively. Equipped with a removable current lead and a superconducting switch, the system will be operated for 5 days with ;an available liquid helium of 50 liters. The magnet system will be used for a MHD propulsion model ship.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
