In petroleum and petrochemical industry, spillage and overflow of petroleum products produce crude oil on the ground, which is soil environment problem. Some ingredients in the oil, especially PAHs, can be accumulated in agricultural products to enter the food chain, and, may produce "three cause" effects (teratogenic, cancer, mutation), which is harmful to both human health and ecological environmental security. Soil collected from an oil field were chose to study in this research .We try to get the growth curve and growth characteristics ,in order to select the best inoculation time. The experimental results indicated that, the first 2 h is lag phase; 2~16 h is logarithmic phase, while microbial growth faster; after 18 h is stationary phase During the growth period, suitable pH was in the range of 7.18~7.50, conductivity was in the range of 6.31~6.75ms•cm-1.Under different training times, the degradation rates of degrading bacterium are different also. After 16 hours incubation time gave predictions for the highest degradation rate, called the best training time.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
