According to the study on blast furnace refractory erosion caused by HCl gas, it was found that HCl gas can promote for the silicate glass phase and the recessive aluminum silicate to transform into mullite and christobalite in the alumina brick, so that it can increase the porosity in the alumina brick. Hcl gas reacts with non-carbon elements to form the chloride which causes the brick to be loose and porous in the carbon brick. Thus the brick loss is accelerated.
Gripper with two claws of automatic placing and removing manipulator is designed in this paper, and structure characteristics, working theory and positional error analysis are introduced. This gripper has the function of automatic center aligning and size control. The chucking size of gripper can be modified automatically in order to be adaptable when clamping different work pieces and this gripper, which could shorten the time and improve the efficiency, is designed to place and remove workpiece at one time beat. The gripper has a virtue of better ability to locate and move, improving the precision of automatic feeding manipulator and lathe cutting. The grippers have the advantages of simple structure, small volume and weight, which can solve the problems of complicated structure and massive volume for typical translational gripper. They also could simplify the control system of manipulator; meet the demand of placing and removing workpiece instead of complicated and heavy manual work.
Rotary flexible manufacturing cell with multi-station automatic stretching is designed in this paper to meet the requirements of the machining process of cylindrical drawing parts as well as the needs of different stations for multi-drawing. The cell uses fixed circular disc worktable with multi-station. Each machining station has hydraulic stretcher to complete the drawing of the workpiece. Flexible manipulator finishes automatic loading and unloading among hydraulic stretchers. Gripper of manipulator with automatic center aligning and size control can grip workpiece in various sizes and has the function of self-centering. This equipment has completely realized all the stretching processes automaticly from feeding sheet metal to sending and forming workpieces. It can improve production efficiency and quality. It can also improve safety, reliability and cost efficiency. When replacing worked parts is needed, simply replace modular mold of every station in fixed circular disc worktable.
Machine vibration, noise and cylinder barrel wearing are produced when ordinary piston air compressor driven by crank link mechanism is working. Piston air compressor driven by double-crank link mechanism is proposed in this paper to eliminate these problems. Secondary pressurized double-acting air compressor and two-stage double-acting air compressor based on symmetrical double-crank link mechanism are designed in this paper to increase air compressors output pressure and flow rate and to achieve output control of low pressure high flow and high pressure low flow. It can remove effects generated by lateral force, reduce the vibration and noise and the wearing of cylinder barrel, and improve the steadiness and the service life of the air compressor.
