Treatment of gastrointestinal fistula usually consists of conservative management and surgery as definite therapeutic measure. Histoacryl can be used to treat gastrointestinal fistula with no response to conservative management in surgically high-risk patients. We report here three cases of gastrointestinal fistula successfully treated with endoscopic injection of Histoacryl through a catheter into the internal opening and fistulous tract.
