Christian Faith Resilience Amidst the Era of Disruption. The current era of disruption which is marked by the birth of various innovations and new technologies cannot be avoided by all people, organizations and churches. The era of disruption will affect the Christian faith, so that the attitudes, policies and culture adopted by believers who are Christian to the influence caused by this era of disruption will greatly determine the continuity of their Christian faith, whether it will continue to grow or will die completely. With a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, the author proposes a conceptual frame of the role of the challenge of Christian faith in the era of disruption. The main source of analysis includes research results contained in journals and books, which are analyzed by looking at the relationship and compatibility with the title of the writing. The results of this study on the era of disruption and dimensions of Christian faith are then used to formulate the concept of resilience of the Christian faith in the era of disruption. There are eight main attitudes that must be developed in order to maintain Christian faith in this era of disruption.       Abstrak: Ketahanan Iman Kristen Di Tengah Era Disrupsi. Era disrupsi yang berlangsung saat ini yang ditandai dengan lahirnya berbagai inovasi dan teknologi baru tidak dapat dihindari oleh semua orang, organisasi dan gereja. Era disruspsi akan berpengaruh kepada iman Kristen, sehingga sikap, kebijakan serta budaya yang diambil oleh orang percaya yang ber-iman Kristen terhadap pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh era disrupsi ini sangat menentukan keberlangsungan iman Kristen-nya apakah akan kokoh terus berkembang atau akan mati total. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur penulis mengemukakan sebuah bingkai konsep peran tantangan iman Kristen pada era disrupsi. Adapun sumber utama dari analisis meliputi hasil penelitian yang terdapat pada jurnal dan buku, yang dianalisis dengan cara mencermati hubungan dan kecocokan  dengan judul penulisan. Hasil kajian tentang era disrupsi dan dimensi-dimensi iman Kristen ini selanjutnya digunakan untuk menyusun konsep ketahanan iman Kristen pada era disrupsi. Terdapat delapan sikap utama yang harus dikembangkan guna mempertahankan iman Kristen di era disrupsi ini

The implementation of human values in leadership praxis based on the Book of Genesis 1: 26-27 is raised because of various phenomena that have occurred in which many people are treated inhumanely. The analysis was carried out by means of a literature review, by analyzing the leadership practices that occur both in general and Christian circles. The main sources of analysis are several relevant sources, including research results contained in journals and books. So it can be concluded that his leadership can describe how the leader's view of humans, "whole" or partial. In another sense, whether leaders treat humans only as limited as "resources" or not, of course, will appear in the way leaders treat "anyone" around the scope of their leadership. Whether to behave and act exploitatively or not, of course, depends on the way the leadership treats "anyone" around the sphere of leadership. In the sphere of the church, the pastor as a leader in leading the church organizationally and at the same time as an organism, the people who are in the leadership line develop their understanding of it does not necessarily lie in the way they perceive humans. Our Lord Jesus, the Great Leader, has provided an extraordinary example where He who is the Lord and Savior of mankind is willing to sacrifice his life, give His life and wash the feet of His followers. Analisis dilakukan dengan tinjauan pustaka, dengan menganalisis terkait prakis kepemimpinan yang terjadi baik di lingkungan umum maupun kekristenan. Adapun sumber utama dari analisis adalah beberapa sumber yang relevan, meliputi hasil penelitian yang terdapat pada jurnal dan buku. Semua sumber ini dianalisis dengan cara mencermati hubungan dan kecocokan dengan judul penulisan ini. Sehingga didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinannya dapat menggambarkan bagaimana  pandangan pemimpin terhadap manusia, ”utuh” atau parsial. Dengan pengertian lain, apakah pemimpin memperlakukan manusia hanya sebatas ”resources” atau tidak, tentu akan nampak dalam cara pemimpin memperlakukan ”siapa saja” disekitar lingkup kepemimpinanya. Apakah akan bersikap dan bertindak eksploitatif atau tidak, sama tentunya bergantung pada cara pemimpinan memperlakukan ”siapa saja” disekitar lingkup kepemimpinannya. Di lingkup gereja, gembala sebagai pemimpin dalam memimpin gereja secara organisatoris dan sekaligus sebagai organisme, orang-orang yang ada di lini kepemimpinan berkembang pemahamannya ataukah tidak tentunya terletak pada cara pandangnya terhadap manusia. Tuhan Yesus Sang Pemimpin Agung kita sudah memberikan keteladanan yang luar biasa dimana Ia yang adalah Tuhan dan Juru Selamat umat manusia rela untuk mengorbankan nyawanya, memberi hidup-Nya dan membasuh kaki pengikut-Nya inilah kepemimpinan yang sempurna, syukur bahwa manusia memiliki profil Pemimpin yang menjadi panutan.

Many churches and Christians are still unfamiliar with the practice of discipleship, and even if they are familiar with the term discipleship, there are still many who are reluctant or less serious in making discipleship the core of church ministry. It is for this purpose that this research was conducted. The method used is a literature study from discipleship and church experts which is analyzed to get the root of the problem and concepts that should be according to the Bible so that applications can be drawn for today, especially for Christian education patterns in church discipleship or churches that make disciples. The result of this research is the discovery of several applications that are very important for the perspective of Christian religious education related to the church and discipleship that must be continuously worked on, namely: First, Discipleship is the responsibility of all Christians. Second, Discipleship of the church has a strong impact on the spiritual growth of believers. Third, sending students to make disciples is an effective pattern of Christian education. Fourth, the importance of having a fellow disciple disciple in the same vision.

Abstrak: Pemuridan sangat berkaitan erat dengan kepemimpinan. Pemuridan bagi kepemimpinan sangat bermakna karena sangat terbukti efektif guna mempersiapkan, menghasilkan dan membentuk pemimpin Kristen menuju serupa Yesus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Langka awal adalah dengan mempelajari konsep pemuridan dan kepemimpinan Kristen. Langkah berikutnya adalah dengan melakukan analisis tentang dampak bahaya dan dampak positif adanya praktik pemuridan dalam kekristenan bagi kepemimpinan. Langkah terakhir adalah merumuskan makna dan implikasi pemuridan bagi kepemimpinan sebagai perspektif dalam menyusun pola pendidikan pemimpin Kristen. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implikasi yang harus dilakukan dan dijalani dalam kehidupan sebagai respon dari penelitian pemuridan dan kepemimpinan ini bagi pola pengajaran dan pendidikan kaderisasi kepemimpinan Kristen, adalah: Pertama, Menjadi pemimpin Kristen yang efektif. Kedua, Pemimpin yang mencetak para pemimpin. Ketiga, Pemimpin yang berani bayar harga. Keempat, Pemimpin yang hidup dalam komunitas pemuridan. Kelima, Mengimplementasikan iman yang dipercayai.Abstract: Discipleship is closely related to leadership. Discipleship for leadership is very meaningful because it has proven effective in preparing, producing and shaping Christian leaders to be like Jesus. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The first step is to learn the concepts of discipleship and Christian leadership. The next step is to conduct an analysis of the harmful and positive impacts of the practice of discipleship in Christianity for leadership. The final step is to formulate the meaning and implications of discipleship for leadership as a perspective in formulating the pattern of Christian leader education. The results of this study conclude that the implications that must be carried out and lived in life as a response to this discipleship and leadership research for the pattern of teaching and cadre education for Christian leadership are: First, Become an effective Christian leader. Second, Leaders who print leaders. Third, leaders who dare to pay the price. Fourth, Leaders who live in a community of discipleship. Fifth, implement the faith that is believed.
