Modern branding of territories is becoming an active tool for regional governance more and more often. The search for the identity of cities and the federation subjects leads to attraction the attention of specific target audiencesstakeholders who are able to solve the current tasks of the territories. Eleven subjects of the federation, which are the part of the Far Eastern Federal District of the Russian Federation, have different opportunities and face different threats. At the same time, they are united by the common goal of retaining the existing population and attracting a new one. A competent territorial branding based on reliable information about the current state of the territories and the plans of their administrations is called upon to solve this problem.
The objective of the work is to review the implications of the implementation of state guardianship policy in the Primorsky territory of the Russian Federation. The institution of the family is the most important factor for the development of the child's personality; its role is constantly growing in the development and education of children. Without a doubt, the family is a natural educational environment for a child who leaves his mark on his behavior and character. A special place in the modern legal system is occupied by the aspect of the right of the child and the protection of the interest that is left without the care of the parents. Methodologically, use was made of the documentary research technique close to legal hermeneutics. It is concluded that the guardianship and guardianship bodies perform a series of important functions for any civilized state, namely: identification of people who need to establish one of the forms of guardianship (adoption); adoption of such persons, as well as increased supervision of the guardian, the activities of the adoptive parents and of persons authorized by the state to care for those who need their help.
The implementation of the transport strategy is based on the general principles of federal relations and takes into account the peculiarities of social-economic development and transport needs of individual regions of the country. The regional aspects of the transport system of Russia development are directly related to the creation of a network of competitive innovation clusters, new regional centers of economic development, also in the Russian Far East. The tasks of the transport complex development common for Russia, depending on the specific conditions of the social-economic development of the regions, have their own specifics, focus and priorities, which are taken into account when developing the priorities of the state transport policy. The main problem is that it is necessary to form an active position of the state at the new stage of development of the country economy to create the conditions for social-economic development, primarily to improve the quality of transport services, reduce the total costs of society that depend on transport, and increase the competitiveness of the domestic transport system, strengthening the innovative, social and environmental orientation of the transport industry development. At the same time, transport as a backbone element of the economy and investment and innovation demand generator for products should be considered as an independent point of economic growth. The purpose of the article is to analyze the implementation of the state transport policy on the Primorsky Territory within the framework of the activities by the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Primorsky Territory and to identify the main problems and prospects for the development of transport policy main trends in the specified subject of the Russian Federation.
