This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables
This study was conducted to examine the influence of personality, organizational culture, and organizational commitment to the performance of the employee with organizational citizenship behavior as the intervening variable at KPP Pratama Lhokseumawe. The population used in this study was 83 respondents, while the sample of research as many as 79 respondents based on the questionnaires. The samples were taken using Census sampling technique. The hypothesis tests were conducted by using path analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of hypothesis tests indicated that personality, organizational culture, and organizational commitment have significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of the employee, while personality had no significant effect on the performance of employees. The result of examination of mediation variable showed that organizational citizenship behavior could mediate the relationship between personality and organizational culture to partial employee performance. Whereas in organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior perfectly mediated the performance of employees.
This study aims to examine the effect of training and empowerment of the competence and performance of teachers in UPTD-PK Dewantara. The data used in this research are as many as 152 teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Dewantara, SMA Negeri 2 Dewantara and SMK Negeri 1 Dewantara. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS-20 (Analysis of Moment Structure). The results showed that training and empowerment have a significant influence on competence. Training, empowerment and competence have a significant effect on performance. Competence mediates in full mediation the effect of training on performance. Competence mediates partially mediation in the effect of empowering performance. Keywords: Training, Empowerment, Competence, Performance.
