Partisipasi masyarakat harus ada dalam semua hal, termasuk dalam memelihara kebersihan lingkungan. Lingkungan yang bersih akan mencerminkan kondisi orang-orang yang tinggal di dalamnya. Pemberdayaan lingkungan merupakan cita-cita bersama sehingga juga harus diciptakan secara bersama-sama pula. Berdayanya lingkungan ditandai dengan kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung aktivitas masyarakatnya, artianya aktivitas masyarakat tidak akan terganggu dikarenakan alasan lingkungannya. Misalnya, dikarenakan lingkungan yang kotor menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan sehingga menghalangi aktivitas masyarakat. Pencemaran lingkungan dan segala permasalahannya dapat diatasi jika semua komponen yang ada mau peduli dan bertanggung jawab. Melalui partisipasi aktif, masyarakat diharapkan mau terlibat secara langsung sehingga akan memberikan kontribusi yang nyata sehingga memberikan pengaruh yang besar. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang berdaya tidak akan terjadi jika partisipasi aktif tidak terbentuk. Partisipasi masyarakat bisa dimulai dari kepedulian masyarakat terhadap informasi-informasi lingkungan, baik manfaat maupun dampak. Kemudian informasi yang ada semakin diperkuat sehingga menjadi sebuah pengetahuan tentang lingkungan. Selanjutnya, lingkungan bisa direkayasa sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat sehingga bisa menjadi pendukung dalam setiap aktivitasnya.
This article aims to determine the form of Shift's religious expression and the factor of the Shift community's interest in the context of cyberreligion. The research method is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. There are 5 research subjects (subscribers) and the research object of the YouTube channel Shift. The interactive model analysis technique of Miles & Huberman from the results of data collection that the authors get. The results showed that the phenomenon of cyberreligion has touched various circles and was used by Ust. Hanan Attaki by establishing a Shift which targets the younger generation in the form of online religion. The use of YouTube as a means of spreading Shift's da'wah is categorized into the File-Sharing category. The study, which is nicely packaged by Ust. Hanan Attaki, has made it loved by the younger generation as an alternative in their religious information.
This study aims to examine the supervisory system of BAZNAS of Bengkulu Province in the empowerment of zakat with the aim to alleviate poverty. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm to build the reality of ideas. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed by using the Miles & Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results obtained show that the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Bengkulu Province community empowerment was carried out in the form of direct and indirect supervision by BAZNAS of Bengkulu Province. The form of direct supervision was a form of preventive supervision (Concurrent Control) and initial supervision (Feed Forward Control), while the form of indirect supervision was feedback control in which this supervision was used to measure the results of an activity that had been carried out. The two forms of supervision were the types of internal control carried out by directly related parties and the type of preventive and repressive supervision to avoid deviations in the implementation of zakat empowerment activities. However, the supervision of BAZNAS of Bengkulu Province community empowerment needs to apply more detailed and clear indicators of empowerment success for each community empowerment program. In addition, BAZNAS needs to make a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the implementation of the empowerment program by not only showing it but also implementing coaching and mentoring to a clear stage of achieving independence
This article discusses the fragmentation of religious authority in Pekanbaru and Pontianak, Indonesia, focusing on the local mui (Indonesian Muslim Scholar Council). Employing qualitative methods, the mui Pontianak and Pekanbaru experience similar religious authority fragmentation due to the human agency. Members of the mui Pontianak and Pekanbaru represent Islamic organisations in Indonesia’s fight for the religious authority of their Islamic organisations, not for the cohesion of religious authority in the mui. Because religious authority has the desired will, it is no wonder that outside the mui Pontianak and Pekanbaru many Muslim figures struggle to preserve it. Individuals challenge the religious authority of the mui Pontianak and Pekanbaru. Some of them are local Muslim preachers. They strengthen and preserve their religious authority by preaching Islam, thus contributing to the growth of the mui fragmentation in these two cities.
