Based on the analysis of infrared detection technology and Lambert-Beer law a new kind of quad-channel non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas concentration analyzer is designed by applying the modulated IR light source and a quad thermopile sensor into automobile exhaust gases concentration detection. The emphasis is paid on the analysis of modulated light source, gas chamber, sensor and the acquisition and processing circuit of the signal. The result of simulation and analysis of the designed circuit proved the feasibility of the design.
With GIS being widely used, partial discharge detecting and defect pattern recognition become more and more meaningful and important. To realize defects identification of partial discharge map in GIS, a novel method based on Radical Basis Function (RBF) neural network is proposed. Firstly, a model is constructed to simulate the discharge pattern map by the use of random function randint. Secondly, based on the model above, a lot of data which meet the condition can be collected to provide for pattern recognition. Then, a RBF network is introduced to identify the pattern recognition. It can be trained by using the data above. Finally, through changing training error, high correct rate can be got. These indicate that the method is effective.
Analyzing the strain expression referring to Castigliano’s Theorem after analysis of the tripod type universal coupling under drawing force comes to the simplified mode of tripod type universal coupling. And with the help of simplified mode, it concludes that the minimum strain occurs when the radius of cross-section of the circlip equals to the depth of groove. After setting material attributes, boundary conditions, contacts of the tripod type universal coupling, and static simulation with the finite element method in SolidWorks, the strain of the universal couplings is carried out. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that when the radius of cross-section of the coupling equals to the depth of groove, the strain is minimum.
For the vehicle emission pollution has become to be a serious problem, with the use of GPRS/GSM wireless communication technology the automobile exhaust emission information can be sent to the remote central server, realizing the purpose of remote monitoring management. This paper introduces the composition and working principle of this system which uses the three-layer structure of car-terminal, wireless network and PC monitoring center. And emphatically studies one kind of methods based on the generic TCP protocol, Socket, multiple threads technology and ASP.NET technology to realize the B/S mode monitoring system communication.
For the problem of automobile exhaust emission pollution is more and more serious, according to the basic principle of non-dispersive infrared method(NDIR), we design a new kind of automobile exhaust wireless monitoring system with the existing GPRS/GSM/GPS technology. This system uses the three-layer structure of car-terminal, wireless network and PC monitoring center. We introduce and research the key technologies and methods of realizing the system. This system has the advantages of convenience and quick, good real-time, easy to manage and etc.
