PT. Java Suisan Indah is an agribusiness company engaged in eel farming where the products are purposed to export market. The company is still facing difficulties in fulfilling the quality stock of eel raw materials, due to high mortality in the cultivation stage and availability of eel seeds as well. The goals of this study are (i) to identifies internal and external factors that influence the business development system of PT. JSI and, (ii) to formulating the alternative strategies in order to prioritize business development that can be applied at PT. JSI. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique where respondents act as expert adjustments. The results of this study are concluded; (i) PT JSI must maintain prices and improve the quality of eel processed products by prioritizing distinctive flavors accompanied by diverse product variants to increase international consumer loyalty to PT JSI's products. This strategy based on QSPM analysis obtained a STAS value of 6.862 ; (ii) intensifying and promoting processed eel products through social media for the domestic market to expand sales and be widely known to the public. This strategy based on QSPM analysis obtained a STAS value of 6.514. And (iii) applied a plasma core-core partnership model between PT JSI as the core and eel farmers as plasma. This partnership process is carried out to meet and increase the need for a stock of raw materials to produce eel forceps. Dampak Perubahan Sosial Petani Padi Terhadap Tenaga Kerja Pertanian Di Kabupaten Banggai Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perubahan sosial kehidupan petani padi sawah dan pengaruhnya terhadap suplai tenaga kerja pertanian di Kabupaten Banggai Sulawesi Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner terstruktur dan wawancara mendalam dengan responden untuk mendapatkan data primer, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari publikasi BPS dan dari dinas terkait. Data primer terdiri dari; (1) data input-output usahatani padi sawah, (2) data upah pertanian dan non pertanian, dan (3) data harga input produksi, harga output dan harga barang konsumsi yang dibayar petani.Sebanyak 78 persen responden menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pembangunan eksploitasi migas Blok Senoro dan pembangunan kilang LNG Donggi-Senoro di wilayah Kabupaten Banggai membawa perubahan pada kehidupan sosial penduduk sekitar. Perubahan tersebut meliputi pola konsumsi (akibat kenaikan harga barang), peluang pekerjaan, minat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan dan besaran upah harian, Kenaikan harga kebutuhan pokok (pangan, pakaian dan perumahan) mencapai 20% sedangkan kenaikan upah buruh mencapai 10-15%. Kenaikan harga-harga kebutuhan telah menekan NTP di daerah studi dan secara tidak langsung mengurangi suplai tenaga kerja pertanian padi sawah. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Sosial, Petani Padi, Kabupaten Banggai, Suplai Tenaga Kerja Social Change Impact Of Farmers On Labor In The Banggai Abstract This paper aims to analyze sosial change of rice farmers and their effects on the labor supply of agriculture in the Banggai Regency, the Central Sulawesi Province. The method used is interview by using structured questionnaires toobtain primary data. While, the secondary data were obtained from published data of the relevant agencies. Primary data consists of: (1) input-output data of paddy rice farming, (2) the data of agricultural and non-agricultural wage, and (3) data of output prices and prices of consumer goods paid by farmer. As many as 78 percent of respondents stated that the implementation of development of oil and gas exploitation projects of Senoro Block and Donggi-Senoro LNG plant in the Banggai Regency fuel social changes in the surrounding communities. These changes include consumption patterns (due to rising prices of goods), employment opportunities, interest in continuing education and daily wage, increase in prices of basic needs (food, clothing and housing) has been pressed the NTP (Farmers Value Change) in the study area. Lancang Island is one of the islands located in the Thousand Islands of DKI Jakarta, which contains several groups of Cantang grouper fish farmers. In the implementation and process of fish farming made any risk potential. This study aimed to identify risk sources existence and analyzed these risks and strategies that can be applied to control risks occur and will arise. The research method used direct field observation, interviews, and discussions with Cantang grouper farmers. Qualitative data presented descriptively which discusses stages in the cultivation process. These stages started from site selection to harvesting. Each potential risks analyzed and the potential risks mapped using a fishbone diagram. Quantitative data processed using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis method. This method assessed each risk that occurs. The FMEA fuzzy assessment resulted that the biggest risk in Cantang grouper cultivation was the fish or seeds will catch disease with a Fuzzy Risk Priority Number (FRPN) of 700 which occurs on the stage where the fish easily get disease. The strategy applied by fish cultivators to control this risk is to pay attention to the fish cycle and maintain the cleanliness of floating net cages (KJA) and ensure the feed quality.
Advances in technology and its applications have entered into all aspects of life. There are almost no fields that are not affected, on the one hand it creates business efficiency and on the other it becomes a disruption marked by the loss of various types of work because they are replaced by automated systems and machines. This phenomenon makes the dynamics of the world of work increasingly competitive. The world of higher education which is the outlet for the birth of educated and skilled workers must adapt. One of the efforts made is to provide flexibility for students to gain experience and knowledge in accordance with their passion. This flexibility is the independent campus learning program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Design towards the MBKM program to increase the role of students in the fields of research and community service. The method used is descriptive analysis. Respondents were determined based on a non-purposive sampling technique, namely sending questionnaires to all students and the respondents were students who sent answers. In general, FSTD students are interested in joining the MBKM program. The majority want the value of the MBKM program to be equivalent to 20 credits. Respondents from FSTD students obtained information from the Ministry of Education and Culture's website, the desired form was internship/PKL, this program is also believed not to extend the study period, the main obstacle mentioned is cost. Most students believe that studying outside the study program will get additional skills and improve soft skills.Keywords: MBKM Program; Disruption; Study; Trilogy University Abstrak:Kemajuan teknologi dan aplikasinya telah masuk ke semua aspek kehidupan. Hampir tidak ada bidang yang tidak terdampak, di satu sisi memunculkan efisiensi usaha dan di sisi lain menjadi disrupsi yang ditandai hilangnya berbagai jenis pekerjaan karena digantikan oleh sistem maupun mesin otomasi. Fenomena tersebut menjadikan dinamika persaingan dunia kerja semakin ketat. Dunia pendidikan tinggi yang menjadi outlet lahirnya tenaga-tenaga terdidik dan terampil harus menyesuaikan diri. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan ialah memberikan keleluasaan bagi mahasiswa untuk menimba pengalaman dan ilmu yang sesuai dengan passion nya. Keleluasaan tersebut ialah program merdeka belajar kampus merdeka yang dicetuskan ole Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kedbudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa Fakultas Sains Teknologi dan Desain terhadap program MBKM untuk meningkatkan peran mahasiswa di bidang penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif. Responden ditentukan berdasarkan teknik non purposive sampling, yaitu mengirimkan kuisioner kepada seluruh mahasiswa dan yang menjadi responden ialah mahasiswa yang mengirimkan jawaban. Secara umum mahasiswa FSTD tertarik untuk mengikuti program MBKM. Mayoritas ingin nilai program MBKM setara dengan 20 SKS. Responden mahasiswa FSTD memperoleh informasi dari website Kemendikbud, bentuk yang diinginkan adalah magang/PKL, program ini juga dipercaya tidak memperpanjang masa studi, kendala yang disebutkan utamanya ialah biaya. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada PT. XYZ. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam usaha agribisnis budidaya ikan sidat yang terintegrasi sampai pengolahan. Sebahagian besar produk (70%) diekspor terutama ke Korea Selatan. Perusahaan menghadapi permasalahan diantaranya pengelolaan SDM, yakni belum sesuai dengan kualifikasi tenaga kerja yang profesional, serta belum optimalnya stratragi untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (i) mengetahui kualifikasi dan kopetensi sumber daya manusia profesional yang bekerja di PT.XYZ. (ii) mencari alternatif dan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan pada perusahaan PT. XYZ dalam mengelola SDM. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan informan kunci yang berperan sebagai expert adjusment. Responden dipilih secara sengaja dengan menetapkan kriterianya yaitu orang-orang yang mengetahui permasalahan secara profesional dan memiliki keilmuan yang atau pengalaman yang relevan. Teknik pengambilan sampling dilakukan secara porposive. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang profesional sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan sebanyak 26% mereka adalah karyawan tetap dan yang tidak profesional sebanyak 64% mereka semua adalah karyawan kontrak. Kesesuaian kualifikasi SDM profesional berdasarkan pendidikan sarjana sebanyak 12% dan tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi sebanyak 87%. Strategi alternatif sebagai prioritas yang dapat diterapkan dalam pengelolaan SDM yaitu meningkatkan disiplin, kemampuan memimpin dan sikap melayani.
