Application of block system can give positive and negative impact to the students. Evaluation of the implementation of the block system needs to be done to determine the impact of the system applied to the students. Similarly, the impact of the implementation of the block system in Departementof Nursing FiKesUKMC which has started running from 2013 and has never been evaluated. The stress level in this study was measured using the scale of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). The measurement scale of DASS 42 contains 42 statements relating to the level of depression, anxiety and stress of a person. The stress statement contained in DASS 42 was modified, so it could illustrate the state of the research subjects. Data collection in the form ofquestionnaires distributed to students of Departementof Nursing FiKesUKMC as much as 140respondents. The results of the questionnaire showed that the average respondent's stress level was 12.22, which means having a normal stress level. Statistical analysis using correlation test is used to know the relationship between each variable. The results of the first correlation test relating to gender and stress levels generated correlation coefficient sebasar -0.037 (p = 0.668). Results of the second correlation test between the level of studywith stress level generated coefficient correlation sebasar -0.032 (p = 0.710). Results of the third correlation test between GPA with stress level resulted in correlation coefficient of 0.011 (p = 0.893).The last correlation test results between the block system with the stress level with the correlation coefficient value sebasar -0.024 (p = 0.778). From the results of this test obtained all p-values for four hypotheses greater than 0.05, then concludedgender, level of force, and system block is not associated with student stress levels.
This study aims to determine the influence of student's culture, lecturer's performance, and academic service quality based on student perception on behavior intention of Musi Charitas Catholic University students (UKMC). The analysis used path analysis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that cultural variables, lecturer performance, and academic service quality from student perceptions influenced the intention of UKMC students to behave. The results of this study provide information related to student culture, academic services that students want, and the ability of lecturers from the student's point of view as well as how these variables affect their intention to behave. This information can provide a gap for UKMC to be able to make improvements in some aspects that are still felt less than customer needs perceptions. Customer needs fulfillment is ultimately expected to shape the positive behavior of UKMC students.

The business has been running for two years. The problem is that the manager does not yet understand the importance of Home Industry Food (P-IRT) and the unavailability of clean water at the Santa Maria Orphanage. The main sources of water used in the Orphanage are two rainwater and well water. Well water is only used for bathing and washing purposes because it is thought to have high acid levels. The activities carried out were intended to motivate business owners both the Business Manager of Santa Maria Orphanage (SanMa Business) and their two partners to seek P-IRT certificates and identify the water content used at the Santa Maria Orphanage. Based on the results of the activity feedback it is known that there is an increased understanding of the PIRT. While the results of laboratory analysis show that there are several parameters that exceed the permissible levels, namely smell, taste, color, turbidity and some metal elements.

Clean water is one of the problems faced by the Santa Maria Orphanage. To solve this problem, a Community Service Team of the Musi Charitas Catholic University initiated to make a clean water treatment equipment and provide a training for using and maintaining it, and introduced the importance using of clean water for health. The equipment was made by adopting a hybrid membrane technology. It was gived to the manager of the Orphanage and given training to use and maintain it. While the activity evaluation of introducing the importance of clean water for health showed knowledge increasing of participants about 30%.
In Palembang, the Barbershop industry is growing very rapidly. Barbershop in Palembang City is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the service sector. Currently there is no clear data regarding the development of the barbershop business. However, it is clear that it is clear that the growth of this business will have a positive impact on improving the welfare of the people in Palembang City. As a business that is still classified as an MSME, barbershop is faced with various challenges. From minimal management to access to capital. There is not much research on this type of business, so data on challenges and obstacles is not yet available. From some data, there are several well-known barbershop in Palembang, namely Big Daddy's Barbershop and F1 Barbershop. Both barbershop are quite busy with customers every day. Even so, there are several barbershop in Palembang City that have to roll over. In general, this barbershop business has increased significantly every year. With the increasing interest and lifestyle of the people of Palembang, this business has considerable potential. What is done in this research is to map the MSME barbershop based on the level of competitiveness. Competitiveness is one measure of the sustainability of a business. With high competitiveness, a business can provide services according to customer expectations. The results of MSME mapping based on competitiveness can be used as the basis for policies or business development strategies. In order to achieve the research objectives, this study went through three stages. The first stage is the measurement of competitiveness. The competitiveness indicator used is profit and also the number of services. The second stage is mapping. The mapping method used is K-Means. This method is used because it is simple and the researcher can determine the number of clusters desired. In this research, two clusters will be made. The consideration taken is that this barbershop business is not too high heterogeneity between one business and another, so if too many clusters are formed it will be ineffective. The last step to take is analysis of each cluster. From the results of data processing obtained two clusters, namely the TOP cluster and the ordinary cluster. The TOP cluster is a collection of barbershop that has a good level of competitiveness, while the regular cluster is a barbershop that has low competitiveness.
