Quality control is an activity that must be carried out by a company so that the products produced are in accordance with the standards set by the company in order to meet customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in order to obtain the results of the quality control analysis which then the results of the analysis will be used as an effort to reduce the number of defects in product packaging in the future at PG Kremboong. This research in solving the problem using the seven tools method. This seven  tools  method  uses  7  quality  control tools, namely Check Sheet, Control Chart, Cause and Effect Diagram, Pareto Diagram, Histogram, Scatter Diagram and Stratification so that a quantitative measurement is produced that shows the extent to which management objectives have been achieved. From the analysis using the seven tools, the defects in granulated sugar with 50 kg packages were produced, namely, less light prints (146), torn packages (299), dirty packages (224) and loose seams (200). The defect with torn packaging is the  most  dominant  type  of  defect. Improvement steps to reduce the number of defects in sugar packaging in the future are carried out on 5 factors, namely humans, methods, machines, materials and the environment based on a comparison between the causes of the problem and the standards applicable in the company.

This study focuses on the analysis of the application of OSH (occupational safety and health) in PT. Mega Daya Motor Mazda Jatim through observation of several accidents that occurred during the study. Where the general purpose of this study is as a reference for the reader, especially students to be able to analyze how the application of effective OSH in the company. The specific purpose of this research is to know the cause of accidents that occurred in the service department of PT. Mega Daya Motor Mazda Jatim and to prepare a work safety analysis (JSA) specifically for the workshop in an effort to improve OSH for the future. The research was conducted by qualitative approach based on secondary data in the form of observation report documents, questionnaires to workshop employees, accident investigation and photo of the incident about work accident. The techniques used to analyze the cause of the accident is 5 Whys and SCAT. With the 5 Whys method researchers are able to process field facts by repeatedly asking the same question of a problem that becomes a crucial factor, then sorting the cause or solution into clearer elements. To strengthen the results of the 5 Whys analysis, the researcher analyzed again using the SCAT method. SCAT provides a series of questions that can guide researcher to find the causes of accidents based on categories that have been made by the SCAT method that has a complete question.

<em>Produktivitas merupakan hal yang sangat perlu dipertimbangkan oleh perusahaan karena produktivitas mempunyai peranan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan<strong>. </strong>Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendapatkan hasil dari pengukuran rasio produktivitas yang selama ini belum pernah dilakukan, dan selanjutnya hasil dari pengukuran tersebut akan digunakan sebagai upaya peningkatan produktivitas untuk masa yang akan datang di PG Kremboong. Penelitian ini dalam penyelesaian masalahnya menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Pengukuran dengan objective matrix (OMAX) ini didasarkan pada prinsip produktivitas, yaitu berdasarkan sasaran yang secara objektif mengukur unjuk kerja dan fungsi tujuan sebagai target pencapaian kelompok kerja, sehingga dihasilkan pengukuran kuantitatif yang menunjukan sejauh mana tujuan manajemen tercapai<strong>. </strong>Dari analisa produktivitas di PG Kremboong dengan metode OMAX disimpulkan bahwa, indeks produktivitas terbaik terjadi pada September 2018 sebesar 904 dan terburuk terjadi pada September 2018 sebesar 201% dan terburuk pada bulan Juni 2018 sebesar -45%. Indeks perubahan terhadap produktivitas periode sebelumnya dapat diketahui bahwa produktivitas terbaik terjadi pada Juli 2018 sebesar 375%. Sedangkan untuk produktivitas yang terjadi pada Agustus-September 2018 sama-sama memiliki nilai yaitu sebesar 8 %. Langkah perbaikan produktivitas guna perencanaan peningkatan produktivitas dimasa yang akan datang adalah dengan cara memprioritaskan kepada rasio yang memiliki nilai paling buruk untuk ditingkatkan.</em>

One of logistics activities is product distribution. PT Stars has several obstacles in their distribution activity including the limited number and capacity of the company vehicles, the difference in the number of consumer requests, and the spread consumer locations. The methods used in this research were Saving Matrix, Nearest Neighbor, and Genetic Algorithm. By employing biological evolution concept, an output was produced in the form of a combination of goods distribution route that should be taken to optimize the capacity and travel cost. The results obtained from the calculation on Saving Matrix and Nearest Neighbor were two routes for Genetic Algorithm manually and constructively using MATLAB at PT Stars Internasional. Based on the calculation process, two solutions were obtained using Nearest Neighbor with two distribution routes, while 14 distribution routes were generated using Genetic Algorithm with a maximum capacity of 3,720 pairs.

Occupational Safety and Health (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3)) is not only important for improving the social security and welfare of its workers but far from that, K3 has a positive impact on the sustainability of employee work productivity. On the safety of the PG production section. Kremboong still has a risk that causes work accidents that often occur such as accidents in the processing department, namely the occurrence of leaks in the evaporator body and the juice heater body. The hazard identification assessment uses the RPN (Risk Priority Number) method where each risk-causing factor is assessed by its value of severity, frequency or probability (occurrence), and detection, then illustrated with a Pareto Diagram to determine the most dominant problem. and using the five why's analysis method to analyze the root causes of the problem in order to obtain a solution.
