Derived from its humanitarian mission, to pay quality health care to the population, in hospitals and health facilities is needed reduce the occurrence of events that may threaten the physical and psychological integrity of the patients they serve. One of the strategies to consider to overcome this challenge is the proper implementation of the internal control system, to ensure the sustainability of insurers, by increasing efficiency in the care of people, feasible only within a care model that quantifies and management on population identified and addressed. The objective of this paper was to propose a coefficient to evaluate the internal control management for a hospital entity. This was conceived under the guidelines of the multicriteria modeling in conjunction with the detection of critical points through Petri nets. For this, the order of importance and fulfillment of the components of Internal Control and in unison the unreliability of critical processes in the entity being identified practical application was determined.
The objective of this article is to propose a management index for the Internal Control of care entities. For this purpose, the order of importance and compliance of the internal control components were determined, and the lack of reliability of the critical processes in the entity subject to the practical implementation was identified. El proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje se puede decir que es de calidad si existe coherencia entre sus componentes personales y no personales. Estos componentes se relacionan en unidad dialéctica y por tal razón, para que el proceso sea eficaz cada uno de estos componentes debe poseer altos niveles de calidad. En el presente trabajo se valora el componente evaluativo. Específicamente se presentan argumentos de cómo el portafolio digital contribuye a mejorar la calidad del proceso de evaluación del aprendizaje sirviendo de plataforma para la innovación de conjunto entre estudiantes y profesores mediante la realimentación mutua. El creciente interés científico en las alianzas estratégicas, responde a su importante rol en el entorno empresarial. La presente investigación realiza un análisis bibliométrico de las publicaciones escritas sobre la temática, en la revista Strategic Management Journal, entre 1988-2009. Se empleó como método para la investigación, un estudio bibliométrico, combinándose técnicas bibliométricas, con técnicas del análisis de redes sociales. El objetivo del trabajo es identificar patrones predominantes en las alianzas estratégicas, en la literatura más relevante a nivel mundial, como subcampo de investigación académica de la disciplina Dirección Estratégica. Los principales resultados obtenidos destacan: la existencia de comportamiento inestable en la producción de artículos sobre el tema en el período analizado, estos son realizados en su mayoría en universidades de prestigio, por autores del sexo masculino, se evidencia alto grado de cooperación de autores de esta temática, inexistencia de autores con productividad alta y predominio de autores con productividad baja.
