The principle and structure of linear rectangular prismatic scanner are analysed. The linear scanning shiFt nathematic model of the scanner is derived in this paper. By analysing, showed that if the parameters of tlie scanner are selected correctly. the maximum linear scanning deviation can be controlled in a small interval. The angkllarity measurement accuracy of large axle can reach subinicrorneter level.
This paper derives the light amplitude distribution expression of a laser resonator. Using a numerical analysis, the result shows that the laser output power is maximum when no dynamic aberrations are in the laser cavity. The power and mode distribution of the laser are obtained. The paper presents an adaptive correction theory of laser resonator phase aberrations by using a 3D model deformable mirror. The result ofthe computer simulation in the close ioop system shows that the system can compensate the dynamic phase aberrations up to 90% for the phase disturbance within 0-10 Hz frequency range.KEY WORDS: adaptive optics, laser resonator, dynamic phase aberration, model deformable mirror.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
