The current research focused on the correlation and impact between the strategic awareness with its dimensions (expanded awareness, filtering and sensory awareness, human experience, and mental awakening) and the creative performance represented by its dimensions (idea generation, idea promotion, and idea application). The research used a questionnaire with internationally controlled standards as a main tool for data collection. The questionnaire forms were distributed to a sample of (60) teachers distributed over (5) colleges at the University of Al-Muthanna. The research reached several conclusions, including the existence of a significant positive correlation a statistic of the dimensions of strategic awareness collectively and individually in each of the dimensions of creative performance and the relationship of impact in different proportions. It also became clear that the sample members have a desire to have interest from college administrations in rewarding individuals Lead the creators and overcome obstacles to exchange opinions, ideas and information that will enable them to develop themselves and thus their faculties through achieving qualitative innovations. The research recommends that university leaders investigate the best means to attract individuals with high qualifications and develop mechanisms to attract and retain them, and twinning between universities and international organizations in order to raise the creative capabilities of teaching staff.
Research aimed at identifying the reality of change management in the secondary school in the Qadisiyah governorate. The research sample consisted of 514 faculty members of 36 private schools in Qadisiyah governorate consisting (364) males and (180) female respondents. A survey research technique is adopted and reliability and validity of instrument is estimated by construct validity and test-retest reliability accordingly. The results of this study indicated that change management for secondary school principals is realized in faculty members of private secondary schools of Qadisiyah governorate. Furthermore, responses were compared on gender and years of experiences basis and it is found that responses are significantly different on gender basis while insignificant on experience basis. The study concludes that the principals of secondary schools should coordinate with the highest administrative levels for providing training opportunities for teachers according to the needs of teachers. There is a need to focus and introduce modern and sophisticated management patterns for the private secondary schools. This will help administration to apply change management in their educational institutions.
The aim of the research is to test the impact of the professional competence of the internal auditor in improving the quality of accounting information (QAI). The research community consists of a group of Iraqi private banks listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange, and the research sample includes accountants, internal auditors and internal audit managers, and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher prepared a questionnaire form, as (52) forms were distributed to the individuals of the research sample and (49) forms were recovered from them, and the form valid for analysis reached (44) forms. The data of which were analyzed using the statistical package (SPSS). The research reached conclusions, including the existence of a correlation and moral effect between the variables of the research, and among the recommendations made by the research directing banks’ attention to the need to continue holding conferences and seminars in coordination with the competent bodies and academics to develop the capabilities and capabilities of internal auditors in companies.
The current research chose the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice) and exclusion marketing prowess these are exploring opportunities, exploiting opportunities, and marketing flexibility. The purpose of the research was to test the possibility of organizational justice contributing to achieving marketing prowess. And standing at the level of both organizational justice and marketing prowess, and from here it becomes clear to us its importance. And by searching for the problem through a group of questions centered on whether there is a correlation and influence between the research variables, and in light of this, a hypothetical model was constructed from which the main and sub-research hypotheses emerged. To test the validity of the hypotheses, the data were collected through the questionnaire tool, and it was prepared for this purpose. A sample represented the size of (40) workers in the researched laboratory. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods and the results were extracted using the computer program (v.16 SPSS), and in light of the results and analyzes, the research reached a set of conclusions, including the decrease in workers 'sense of fairness of wage distribution procedures. And rewards for workers would cause the worker to lose the performance evaluation criteria, and to separate the goals of the worker from the goals of the organization. Finally, the research presented a set of recommendations, which is the necessity of setting fixed standards for each department in the laboratory to work so that the worker can, through these criteria, evaluate his performance and know his duties and rights. Also, laboratory management must take care to involve all workers in making decisions that affect their work, which contributes to making these decisions more effective.
