The article has a research, practice-oriented nature and analyzes the problems of professional development and building a career trajectory of graduates through the prism of the personnel partnership of university and the business community. The purpose of the article is to explore the personnel cooperation between university and industrial partners in the context of professional development tracks and, in the light of this, develop a cyclogram of youth career development.The article presents the results of the study of factors influencing the formation of a career trajectory from the position of students of Orenburg State University (2022). The practice of implementing the formats of personnel partnership of the university and employers of Orenburg State University, including various activities within the framework of building the trajectory of professional and career development of a future specialist, is analyzed.The authors propose recommendations for the development of a cyclogram of students’ career development, improvement of the efficiency of interaction between the university and personnel partners by creating a student association of professional development focused on enhancement of career guidance activities at university, identifying creative, scientific, and entrepreneurial potential of students, developing skills necessary to increase competitiveness in the labor market, assistance in career planning and building of university students and graduates.
Relevance of work is caused by the fact that now the integrated approach to system of professional orientation work with youth starting with the entrant becomes one of important tasks for higher education institutions and finishing the graduate taking into account their personal opportunities and abilities, and also a state and prospects of development of regional economy and labor market. In article functions of the main subjects on career guidance of youth in general are considered and the emphasis for a role of higher education institutions in this direction is placed. Results of research of preferences of entrants are given in the choice of educational services, an assessment of efficiency of professional orientation work in the region, conclusions are drawn. Need of development of the Concept of professional orientation work of higher educational institutions of the Orenburg region with youth is proved. The principles are formulated, the mechanism of realization of professional orientation work is presented and the main directions of improvement of work of higher education institutions of the Orenburg region on career guidance stages are defined.
The article addresses the problems of the quality of education in general, including from the perspective of employers. The authors believe that the mechanism for assessing the quality of education should be implemented through the active participation of the University’s key partners and employers in the educational process.The article presents the results of a study of the level of satisfaction with the quality of education of graduates estimated by enterprises that are the key partners of Orenburg State University (2020). The first set of questions involved an analysis of the degree of participation of employer organizations in the educational process and assessment of the level of training of university graduates. The second block included an assessment of personnel needs and demands on graduates when applying for a job, as well as an analysis of the prospects for developing forms of cooperation between employers in the region and the University.In conclusion, we offer a list of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of internal independent assessment of the quality of education with the involvement of representatives of employers. The list includes recommendations aimed at enhancing their participation in improving the system of training for the region’s economy.

Innovations in personnel management allow you to fully implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, involving the organization's personnel in non-standard ways in their solution. The article discusses the behavior models of employees of the organization and their relationship with the innovation strategy. The results of the use of innovative technologies in the implementation of human resources policies by Russian organizations are presented and the risk factors for their implementation are listed. The authors substantiate the need to implement distance learning as a tool for implementing innovative personnel policy and determine the impact of the results of implementing iSpring on the effectiveness of the organization's personnel technologies.
